I ordered an item from this company which I needed very quickly, I explained the urgency during the ordering process and the result was more than I could ever have hoped for.
I placed my order at 9am Monday and explained that I really needed my item by Thursday afternoon. My item arrived on Tuesday afternoon, less than 36 hours after I had placed my order and a full 48 hours before my (very tight) deadline.
Not only was their delivery super fast, but their customer service was excellent, a hand written "thank you" for my order written on my receipt. Finally the St Christopher necklace that I bought was excellent value for money, a quality piece of jewellery at a very reasonable price. My daughter has worn it constantly since it arrived, it has, by now travelled thousands of miles with her and judging by the photos it still looks as good as the day it arrived. I used Sayers to purchase some beautiful silver napkin rings as Christening Gifts for family and godchildren and had them engraved as well. The products were fantastic and presented in lovely boxes making them a special gift and the engraving was perfect.
