I wanted to record a massive thank you to Satworks for their recent instalment of my Starlink system in my static caravan. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Needed some planning on how best to install the dish and cabling. Stayed after installation was completed to show me how to use the Starlink app to align the dish to get best signal strength. I can’t thank the satworks installation team enough for making what I was expecting to be complicated and stressful, simple and yes, totally stress free.

Mitch was excellent. He listened to what I requested for the installation and carried out the work quickly quietly and no fuss and it was a very tidy job. He made sure everything was as it should be. Showed me what I needed to know and was generally very professional and courteous. Couldn’t fault the engineer or the installation.

Our Starlink installation experience, carried out by sat-works, was excellent in every way. The two men involved found their way to our rural location and started work exactly when we expected them. Very happy with the service provided.
The Engineer arrived within the time period stated and started the search for a good installation point.
He worked hard for a couple of hours and long into the evening to complete the installation effectively and visually clean.
I would recommend SatWorks for sure based on my recent experience.

Installation engineer called a few days before with an earlier installation opportunity. Arrived when he said he would and the installation was done quickly and professionally despite the high winds.

The guy that came to install it was very polite, did a great job , clean up after himself. He took time to show us the app and explained everything clearly! Great experience

Ethan of Sat-works was really helpful and efficient and despite the challenges of space and weather did a great job setting us up with Starlink.

Satworks booking system and arranging of the slots needs improvement and it takes a while to get the booking slot.

Installer (David) took care of our installation, he contacted before arrival day & time, reviewed our request for location of dish beforehand & on the day talked me through few options and then decided on optimal location to get the best signal and cabling into the room.
Overall, great experience - highly recommended to get professional installation for your Starlink via Satworks.

Delays in the kit arriving so our installation had to be rearranged and this was dealt with in a very friendly and efficient manner both via email and over the phone; great admin staff.
