The two gents who came to install were excellent. they explained everything in great detail and left the impact of the installation exactly as they found it.
The system has excelled performance compared to both BT and Vodaphone who failed miserably to provide our house with a an internet service.

Exceptional service
Exceptional service, arrived at the time arranged, talk me through the installation process, agreed the best position for the satellite dish, fitted the the bracket, and connected the power cable and Ethernet cable through the wall into my dining room covered the external and internal drill holes with plastic fittings for a very neat and professional finish. I cannot fault the service in any way and can highly recommend Satworks.

I recently had Starlink installed by Satworks and couldn't be happier with the service. From the initial enquiry through to the completed installation, the whole process was professional, efficient and hassle-free.
The engineer arrived on time, explained everything clearly and carried out the installation to a very high standard. All cabling was neat and tidy, and they took the time to ensure the system was working perfectly before leaving.
The improvement in internet speed and reliability has been excellent. It's clear that the team at Satworks take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction.

Kept informed of installation day and time. Engineer arrived on time, informed me when on the way. Explained where best for the satellite and router and why. Ensured all working correctly before he left and I knew how to use it on the app etc.

Great proactive communications
Great proactive communications from start to finish with the installation. Neat fitting job done. There was a faulty Starlink cable supplied, but on receipt of the new one, Statworks came back and fitted it and tested all working correctly. Excellent service.
