Brought some items recently before carefully read about do they ship to uk after ukraine incident, but a day after i ordered they say they wont ship to uk due to ukraine incident. I do respect it if it is the case, but their website still currently say that will ship to uk and they still didnt refund for me! I sent some email and had zero respond!

Great experience, ordered one of the new nendroids they released which i thought was a little suspicious because of how cheap they were but I received mine within the time frame and its in perfect condition, would definitely recommend this site to my friends.

I've ordered from Saqramart several times and it has always been a good experience. I was wary the first time after reading some of the reviews, but I haven't experienced any problems myself.

I'm always impressed with how quickly things get to me. I really appreciate being able to get some of the products I loved in Japan and can't get easily in the UK

I have placed an order with SaQra mart on 11.02.2022 and until now (15.02.2022) I still have not received an email from them confirmation that my order has been placed. Payment has been taken and there has been no confirmation since. I have made an enquiry on their website and have not heard any responses as of yet. I am a returning customer as I have purchased items from them before a and they have usually been responsive. Not sure what has happened but truly disappointed about my current order, which I am not sure whether they have missed it or just purely slow in replying.

So this is my 2nd review here my 1st was after my 1st couple of orders, the reason I writing this 2nd review is I’m now about 10+ orders in and so far I’ve not found a better place to buy gundam models. So on my last order I bought the real grade hi nu gundam but unfortunately when I received it it was missing some runners in the box I wrote an inquiry on Friday and had a reply by Monday there were very helpful with their options,the the problem was resolved quickly and efficiently so I will definitely telling everyone about this website thanks again saqramart

Ordered on Jan 1, shipped out on Jan 17, and delivered on Feb 7. Logistics used 5 weeks acceptable. Package was damaged on received, luckily no item inside was damaged. Nicely packaged bubble wrapped for fragile item.

First of all, SaQra Mart carries a big selection of items, some one can only find in high end grocery stores in Japan.
Secondly, the delivery is fast. Some items from my order was on backorder. I totally understand that product availability we see on the website while shopping might not reflect the real time inventory.
Once the status of my order changed to "shipped" my parcel was at my door the next day in a perfect condition as the items were very carefully packaged.
Finally, I already recommended SaQra Mart to friends and I will be back shopping again soon.

My invoice has been cancelled but no one reply me and process the refund. Ridiculous😡

The Best way to buy anything Gundam related

Everything perfectly fine. The delivery went quick and the product has a good quality.

I ordered my first Gunpla kit from SaqraMart and would definitely recommend to others.

Delivery speed good in my opinion, price brilliant!!... Delivery time was clearly shown on their website. I was a little concerned that my order status changed to "Backordered" so I emailed SaqraMart and they responded within 24 hours, all confusion cleared.

Would have given 5 stars but I think the "Quantity" available is a little confusing and from reading other reviews it has tripped up alot of people, maybe add a line to explain quantity you can get? just my opinion.

Loved their server and I will be using them again.

I was a little skeptical from buying from this store at first, but I can safely say I've never been happier! I ordered a couple of gundam model kits over the Christmas period and although shipping was a little slower because of the holiday season, I received them in a reasonable amount of time and they were perfect! Great prices and free shipping on orders over $50 is great. Shipping has been relatively fast as well.
