Ordered 2 gunpla kits (MG Deathscythe Hell + RG Banshee Norn) from SaQra and I’m very happy with it overall. Both were in pristine condition on arrival, and it got here very quick for importation, about 2 weeks. Will buy from SaQra again for gunpla

I use Saqramart few times already and love it! Price is reasonable compared to buying from local Japanese grocery store or online. and free delivery is super fast. I use hair treatments and buying bulk works perfect. never had any problems and I got 10%off coupon for next purchase in this package. I will definately order again.

No real complaints with SaQra Mart
No real complaints with SaQra Mart. My first experience with them was through Amazon. I bought something from them just before the world locked down for the Coronavirus pandemic. My item was taking too long to arrive and I thought it probably was sent back to them. They refunded me. A few weeks later, my item actually arrived, so I got free candy.
Fast forward to today, I decided to buy directly from their online shop. I met the free EMS/DHL shipping requirement. They would later tell me one of my items was out of stock so they refunded me for that, but still give me the free EMS/DHL shipping. I eventually received my items. Quite happy with both of my experiences!

Poor customer service, you say over 49 USD will be free shipped , my order worth 75 USD but you also charged me 123NZD for shipping fee. And I have email you 2 times but nobody response or deal with this charge problem , I’m sure I did not receive any of your emails.

I ordered my items on May 2 and I haven’t heard anything from you guys included a confirmation mail but you took money from my account before you ship the package. This is ridiculous.
Email is not in my spam box and I don’t have any setting for domain. I had contacted you 3 times and nothing has happened so far.
I need a refund. I can not trust this company.

Good experience overall
I decided to put a review here cause I was going to leave one if it goes either way.
It was a bit stressful considering I never bought anything from outside of US like this. It was a good transaction after all. It did took about a week to get items shipped and I did sent an email to understand the processing times but then shipped quick and got to me quick as well. All in perfect condition, neatly packed. Will shop again.

SaqraMart provides a genuine quality Service for those looking for model kits abroad. It is incredibly difficult to find these in this day and age, and they let you buy in bulk with free shipping. Quite literally a god send in this day and age. Super happy to have their services for all my favorite kits, especially my Zeon kits. Would recommend with great earnest

When contact they say back-ordered and no scheduled dates. We had to cancel because we were buying as gifts and couldn't wait forever. We felt bad for canceling so we placed bigger order this time just for our personal use so we don't care about waiting time. But they just cancelled our order saying they don't wanna deal with us. LOLs. We will just never deal with them again. We use Yamibuy.com regularly and they are excellent their delivery takes 7days coast to coast. Don't waste your life with sqrmrt for their months delivery time and worst service.

Good experience
Ordered a RG Sazabi and MG Barbatos. Items were in stock at the time of order but changed to backordered on my item tracking page.
Contact customer support, they were very helpful, and got the issue resolved within a day.
Items shipped about a week after placing the order and arrived about a week after that.
Overall I would recommend SaQra Mart, just be aware that items may show in stock but not actually be in stock.

As the website shows, 3-6days I received the package with careful protection form Japan.(Although I need to wait a few days for the status changed to shipped from processing.)
This is the best place I can find to buy Gundam model kits.
