I placed an order with Saqramart for the highly sought after item One Piece Card game OP-02. When I tried to place a second order, the system told me that the stock was no longer available. My money was debited anyway. After writing back and forth with the company for ages, all my orders were cancelled and the money transferred back. I don't know why they are so incompetent and don't just refund the overpayment. They don't even try to find a solution. I am very disappointed as the item is no longer available anywhere. Thank you for nothing

Terrible customer service, I asked how much I had to order to get free shipping and they told me that their system was too complicated and to shop somewhere else. What's the point in having a business if you're just going to tell your customers to buy from somewhere else? Very rude customer service. It's a shame cause they have some good deals too. They also didn't continue to reply to my emails in an attempt to figure something out with them. Terrible company 0 Stars. You guys sound like robots you reply to everything with the following --> "We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We will take this into consideration for our future improvement." Do you even care about making customers happy? At least type something that doesn't sound automated !

Terrible customer service, do not bother

I searched Trustpilot for Saqramart reviews and decided to give it a try. I didn't have to wait long for my parcel to arrive and everything is packed nicely and logged in detail. Thank you so much, my children will be very happy with their new snacks!!

I placed on an order for a couple booster boxes which were all well priced and they arrived within 10 days of ordering.

The box and packaging for the items was really good, boxes arrived pristine.

Would definitely use them again.

I got suckered in by the free postage offers all over the site. Wasted my time making up my order then found at the very last step that the only way I could proceed was by agreeing to pay $80 in postage. After four emails, two of which were ignored, I was told that the free postage option was not available to my country even though it clearly said on the site that it was. Do not waste your time with these scammers.

The two previous orders went well but when I placed my third order they told me to go to hell basically..

This is what happens when you place orders over 400 to $500 two or three times and then when you ask them for help they give you the big middle finger and tell you to go shove it where the sun don't shine this is my experience....

I believe you guys owe me on apology..

all I was asking was if you guys can honor the coupon you guys sent me on my second order a few weeks ago and then you guys give me a response that's not professional nor welcoming nor helpful whatsoever..I run a business and you literally are playing with me and my business..

Just because I ask for an applied discount doesn't give you the right to cancel my order and give me the (I don't care I just work here mentality)..

I am still very upset at whomever was responsible for my order and canceling it..

I expect you guys to give me se sort of resolution that doesn't end in a negative experience..
I am sure other customers wouldn't like to see how you all handle this situation..

I was in the market for some gunpla products and randomly stumbled on this site via a Google search, as they had the best price on what I was looking for. I was a little apprehensive at first as I never have heard of it, but placed an order. I’m happy to say everything arrived as described and was packaged very nicely. I will definitely be ordering from here in the future!

Price are reasonable and products arrived quickly with EMS. I bought 36 packed instant cup noodle and they all arrived intact without any damages.

I love them, they’re so reasonably priced in comparison to other Japanese retailers that ship to the US and the ability to buy in bulk is a godsend. They don’t normally carry the limited edition flavors but I would still rather bulk buy from them than place an order elsewhere and have to spend more on my frequently used items. The shipping itself is quick, but processing can be a bit slow. Still worth it! I also appreciate that they have a varied selection of items, not just snacks. I use Hada Labo skincare products and sources in the US are prone to fake knockoffs so I’m glad I can get both my snacks and skincare in one order.

Good price and quality. Got here way faster than I expected already put one of the model kits together and it was as described.

I bought a great variety of snacks here for a fair price which is 3-5 times higher and hard to find in US local supermarket. Taking about 1 month to get them finally. Considering the price, I am ok with the waiting.

I ordered two Gundam models from them and they shipped it out quickly, and the orders arrived just as they described. I am very satisfied with the order.

It is coming from Japan. Received everything as described. I did contact to get an update a week after order. They were quick to get back to me. It was delivered a week after that. Will definitely order from them again.
