I found them couple a years ago and they are the BEST to order Japanese stuff. Believe us...we know what we are talking about! Thank you Saqramart, we enjoy your products very, very much.

Great stuff, great prices. Made a couple of orders this month and couldn't be happier - takes about a week from your order to move from processing to shipped but then arrives within days. Don't know where the 1 stars reviews are coming from, will be ordering again.

Great shop with lots of variety with Japanese snacks. Shipping and tracking is provided with EMS and the order came complete, nothing destroyed or open, and packaged well. It shipped in just a few weeks, too. Did not expect that for an international order. Everything is as described and I couldn't be happier. Thank you very much, Saqramart. I will most certainly be buying my japanese candy from here in the future.

I'd be more than happy to write a review for Saqra Mart. Thank you for your free delivery and fast courier from Japan consistently. It took only 3-5 days to deliver to me once I had received your dispatched message. I bought the most popular Calbee chips, Cup noodles and Deep-fried rice crackers. They all are fresh, and the best before date are 5 months which is good for me. Respectfully packed and all were in tidied boxes. Excellent jobs yo!

I received my order in about 2 weeks. Great products and reasonable pricing.

All items were delivered in perfect condition. The Nendoroids I ordered where legit and came packaged amazingly well, the candy I ordered came sealed and in great condition. Shipping took an out 2 and a half weeks, but thats understandable considering the items came all the way from Japan. I only wish they would offer even more products.

Ordered a few model kits from Saqramart and had them shipped to Australia, very quick and models were well protected for transit. Very happy with my purchases & will happily buy from them again. Literally easier than pre-ordering from local games places, and items arrive quicker than the actual release dates here. Couldn't be happier with purchases.

The company keeps in contact with you throughout your order(s) should you request it. I ordered a Plastic model Kit from them and the item came in great condition considering the products age (5-10 years)

• their prices are good, not too cheap but not overpriced.
• they send items very quickly, mine arrived in 9 days which is good considering i live in the UK
•Shipping is free on orders over 150 but the shipping price is not that bad either way.

All in all 10/10 experience, will buy from them again if the need arises!

Order an MGEX Strike Freedom in November 2022, and 6 weeks later still not receive it. Tracking shows show it still in transit since 3 Dec. Email support Team but no one reply the status. Poor experience

Absolutely disgusting! I ordered well, before they left for their break. And they knew i ordered because i emailed them. Then when i noticed my order hasn't been shipped and the dates they had stating thwy will be closed was approaching. So i emailed them again and they ignored me!! cahroon or itadakibox is waaay better!! If your going on vacation make sure all orders are out when they ordered before the cut off date! Why should everyone have to wait a month after ordering just for their order to be shipped? DO BETTER! and then trys to get the review removed! Shame!

I've ordered from SaQra Mart twice (Jan 2021 and Dec 2022). Usually, I'm wary and avoid sellers that have spotty reviews, but this site had the products I wanted, reasonable prices, and free shipping, which is really rare for Japanese goods! So I took a chance. Both of my deliveries have been perfect; securely packed and exactly what I ordered. The only downside is that fulfillment is slow. My orders each took 10+ days to process, with no updates, before they were shipped. I suspect that this is a small business where orders are fulfilled manually, so I don't mind, but the delay can be nerve-wracking.

I made my order on the 7th Dec, then made the mistake of reading reviews AFTER. I saw a lot of negative reviews and thought I had lost my money etc however I had the best surprise when 12 days later I received the order. Everything was perfect, good quality etc! The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because it took longer than 6 day as stated (it took 12) otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

I have been keeping tabs on this site ever since it appeared on my google search for Gundam Model kits. Initially, I was hesitant to purchase anything since I have never heard of SaqraMart and the mixed reviews of course, but I bit the bullet when I saw they had Witch from Mercury kits available. About 2 weeks later, my package arrived through EMS. Thankfully, everything came authentic and with all the model kit parts in the box. I say this because the High Grades I ordered did not have those two strips of tape to show that the box is not opened or pre-owned as I am used to in the US, which worried me a little. Overall, good experience and looking forward to shopping here again!

My order was $150 on the dot and a few weeks later I genuinely thought I got scammed so I asked customer support and they gave me reinsurance. They responded fast and throughly and my items were already on the way it was just customs. I was skeptical at first but no they a legit seller and a good one at that.

I am very disappointed as many items in my order are missing when you received the parcel. The company never be willing refund the money or send the missing items back. When I contacted them by email, they replied it after a week and then told you that you couldn't claim all the missing items after 10 days.... That's mean they stole my money.

I ordered a Nendoroid and it arrived in about a week. The price was excellent compared to other sites, charging an extra £30+. I will definitely be buying again.
I did see some other reviews on here with negative experiences so they should always be considered, but my experience with the website was perfect

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!! This site is a scam, I sent them £50 for products and i never received them, they wrote and said that they would either send the items again or refund me, I have been chasing them for 3 YEARS NOW and they just told me I can't have my money back because it was more than 2 weeks?? The items would take over a month to get here anyway so how could anyone raise a complaint within 2 weeks if the products weren't even due to arrive by then. Do not use this site, save your money.
