Never received a refund after a PreOrder was cancelled on their end.

Site is literally gone, been locked "under maintenance" since late October. If you go there the provider says "account suspended" at the time of this post.

Great priced products, a lot of which aren't available in the UK. Considering being shipped from Japan, they arrived within two weeks which I didn't expect, especially after reading some reviews.
Can't fault my experience. I would definitely order again, my children loved the poppin cookin products, which are cheaper to order from here and pay the delivery, than they are to buy from the UK.

Excellent store that has all basic goods from makeup to skincare to household products. I am very pleased with their prices. Although they have no control over shipping, the fees are moderate to high to ship into the states just be aware. If they chose to go through DHL then they can have lower fees and faster. Overall I would buy again

I ordered 2 face Gatsby face washes and it never arrived. I reached out and was told that it showed ‘arrived’ on their end so nothing can be done. I was offered no apology or a refund. This is probably a scam and will not be recommending this site to anyone.

Great experience overall! Products are very well-priced, and the buying in bulk option is definitely appreciated. Dispatch takes some time, but this was expected on my end. I ordered on September 5th and my items were dispatched on September 20th. I received the package in the USA on September 26th.

I hope they expand upon the products offered in the future. I would love to see more flavors of the Acecook Harusame soup. Also, some protein / diet foods would be great (such as HABA Marvie spreads, Bambi Water protein, etc.).

Didn't send me my order and refused to refund my the shipping fee.
Updated: after 4-5 days with about 10 emails, they have just finally agreed to refund the partial shipping fee for missing items.

I’ve been looking for very specific brands and items and this store has it! And they are also the closest to the actual price you would pay in Japan.
Shipping speed was decent and as expected. Their packaging is very thought out and everything is well protected even if you don’t expect it to be. The shipping price is also good for when you aren’t buying much.

I have used this website many times and never had any problems. They have great products, really good prices, and delivery has always been pretty quick and very reliable.

The site is incredibly easy to use, and they have a lot of products I have a hard time finding elsewhere. They also have great prices, though the shipping costs I could do without. Its not their fault or problem though, its just how things are right now.

I after I placed my order I got a confirmation and then I got a tracking number. It took a little bit of time to get here, but you gotta expect at least 2 weeks. It came and everything was good, nothing was broken or missing or melted.

I definitely recommend shopping with Saqramart as I intend to shop from them again!
