This is one of the few online stores that offers a hassle free, worry free and free international shipping to the US. Ordered a total of 8 plastic model kits. The packaging was excellent the owner/shop put in a lot of care in packaging my stuff making sure it reaches their customer without any kind of damage it was well cushioned and individually bubble wrapped. It also came earlier than anticipated. Customer support is superb. Nothing but good things to say for this shop.

Ordered a figure on December 2nd via registered parcel to Canada. It arrived by December 13th. Shipping cost was Ver reasonable and considering the type of shipping I chose and time of year it arrived faster than expected! The figure was shipped with protective packaging and I had no issues.
I will definitely keep this store in mind for future purchases!

Unexpected Gunpla source, with relatively reasonable prices compared to what you pay in Japan. Much cheaper than local stores and the suspicious looking/sounding website is actually legitimate :)

Incredible shop. Custom requests are fulfilled, their staff is courteous, pricing is fair, and their selection is the biggest you can find nowadays (For Japanese snacks, knick-knacks, and non-perishable goods). Shipping was relatively quick considering it is an international order (1-3 weeks depending on goods sent over).

Overall I have literally 0 qualms with this site. If you're in the market, stop by. You probably won't leave without at least a few things in your cart.

Great service. Saqramart is the best of all the Japanese product shops who deliver to the UK. Delivery is fast because they always have the stock they list and they use EMS to ship which means it's direct (unlike some who use Fedex which means your parcel takes ages because it's sent all over the place on it's way).
Everything is packed securely and I've never had missing or damaged items.

Second time bought Gunpla from them! Usually takes 1~2 weeks!Is free shipping when u buy USD 149, and I tried order cup noodles as well! It arrived perfectly without any damage ( box was well packed with air pocket bags to fill the empty space)

The downside is some gunpla are not showing at the list and most of them out of stock. Which quite hard to but 149 dollar to fufill the free shipping if you want to ship to UK by EMS

SaqraMart has quickly become my favorite online store for shopping for Gunpla kits. The delivery is surprisingly fast, even with ePacket, and the packaging is top-notch.

What sets them apart are the incredible prices you won't find anywhere else. I absolutely love SaqraMart.

The only drawback I can think of is that many of the products are frequently out of stock, but that's completely understandable because it's clear that many others share my enthusiasm for this shop.

Tried their service when there’s free shipping for over $149. Bought model kits mostly, and they shipped fast and packed well (Japan post than USPS). Most of the items are of the similar or lower price than buying domestically through retailer. The only complaint I have is they have low stock and did not refresh their products/ adding new products that frequently… so I cannot buy more :) They also limited one item per customer for model kits. Bought from them three times already and if they have more new products and model kits will buy again.

Honestly didn’t know what to expect, but exceeded all expectations. Order was shipped and delivered quickly. Can’t fault them at all! Will be purchasing from them again!

I bought the HG Calibarn, Schwarzette, and some other gunpla. Good price. Good condition. A few boxes are bent but the contents inside them are completely fine. Fast shipping that's free for combined orders over a certain amount. How often, or when do you guys restock gunpla? Because I want more please. There's too many of them out of stock !!!
