Saqramart Omdömen

Amazing products. Amazing prices. Amazing processing time. Love this store <3

It was a good experience purchasing products from this company. I am ordering more as I write this review. The shipment was in perfect condition and it didn't take a long time to be delievered

Unexpected place to find gunpla and other model kits. Fast shipping and items well packed for international shipping(better than most hobby stores in Saitama). Highly recommend Saqramart.

The free shipping over a threshold is what drew me here and made me stay. They've become my go-to place for me to get model kits and tools. Awesome experience and communication. Looking forward to more restocks.

It did take a little to ship out but the packaging was great and delivery was fast once it’s been shipped. Great customer service support when it comes to questions. Overall good shopping experience.

The items arrived quickly and well packed. Great.

I've ordered from Saqramart twice now, and both times have been fantastic! Saqramart carries a wide variety of tasty products I've never seen carried elsewhere online, they ship super fast, and everything is packaged well for overseas shipping. From all sorts of ramen types, to specialty gift boxes, and candy - it's been a fantastic flavor experience. I can't wait to see what they will carry next, as I will definitely be back!

I have been using this site for a while for pop-up figures and i have to say that i have nothing but a good experience.
The delivery time is great compared to other import websites and i have no issues at all getting my parcel (except once with customs but not a fault on saqramart).
An issue i have is the postage, it's high, which i end up just buying in bulk to counter that knowing i will buy more again.
My only experience is with figures however so i cant say anything about other products, but on this front its an excellent place to get them from.
I highly recommend and defintly will use again.

Saqramart’s. Shipments are prompt. Their packaging is excellent. They have a nice selection of Japanese food products.

I had recently got back into buying figures after not buying any for several years and was looking some other reliable places to order from than the usual figure sites I would order from. Gave Saqramart a shot since they had a figure I was interested in and I got it within a week and a half after ordering it. It was amusing to get the tracking number the day I received it haha. The figure arrived safely and perfectly and the free EMS shipping for spending $149+ is a great offer. They have a small selection of scale figures, but I would recommend and buy from them again in the future.

I recently ordered a gundam kit and few tools and not gonna lie I was a bit skeptical at first because I first saw them at ads and don't really see anyone talking about them other than here but I was out of option so I tried. But seeing my order arrived today in a really great condition, they were actually really awesome! It came fast and my kit was protected really well with a good box. I wish I could put photos to prove how awesome they are

Thanks! I would definitely come back again for more gunpla😊 and would totally recommend it to everyone!

This is my 2nd time ordering. AMAZING company! really you are doing such an amazing Job keep up the good work.
ill be ordering again
A++++

Awesome customer service and a wide selection of products. I received my order in perfect condition within the delivery time as stated on their website. Customer service was very helpful too. I'll shop here again in the future. Thank you!

I've used Saqramart for a couple of years and can hand on heart say I have never had a bad experience with them. I'm UK based so I have to put through a large order to get the free postage but it allows me to try out new things on offer. It is totally worth it.

Recently I have been after some Morrocan Yogurt (a foam like sweet) but have been struggling to find any. I reached out to Saqramart to see if they could source any, a few weeks later they had them on their website. They really do put the customer first.

Best recommendations:
The Morrocan Milk (obviously),
DIY Sweet Kits,
Anything grape (they are miles ahead when it comes to grape flavouring, can never find anything close to it in the UK),
Chuck in some Bandai kits for some fun (easy to bulid despite the language barrier),
Kracies Nerunerunerune.

I was nervous at first thinking that the website may not have been 100% legit but I am pleased to say I was very wrong, they are as legit as they come.

Great deals on gunpla and a pleasure to do business with. There was an issue where my signature was needed to complete the delivery, but I was absent, but this doesn't affect my experience. Everything was delivered in perfect condition.

Great store!

Prompt delivery, plenty of great products to choose from and fair prices

Received everything I ordered, in about 2 weeks. In my case, a signature was required; since I wasn’t home, I had to pick the package up at my local post office. I’ll definitely be ordering again, I highly recommend!

Excellent, ordered 2nd time, everything was there and well packaged, it was delivered in 15 days from the day that the order was placed, to me it was a reasonable delivery time frame from Japan, great service, really pleased, would recommend.
