Saqramart Omdömen

Very helpful and automated services had a lot of useful information without needing to contact support. Really loved the way everything was packaged and everything went smoothly!

Ordered over the Christmas period and it had to be backordered, this was all explain so I wasn't disappointed. Even with the hold up it was a quick delivery and better packaged than some orders I've received from my own country!
Great company, 10/10, would definitely shop here again, thank you

I've ordered many times from Saqra and it's always a great experience, they reply to enquiries very quickly, ship very quickly and have great prices. As a UK gundam fan, they are my go to before checking anywhere else and I cannot recommend them enough

While their shipping practices are a bit strange, they have fantastic customer service as well as genuine and high quality products. Very honest and communicative staff. They answered every question I have and promptly! Still can’t believe I got the MG Gundam Virtue so easily AND at retail value. They had it listed in stock. I purchased it and got it shipped to me internationally FOR FREE in perfect packaging. You just can’t get service much better than that these days.

Really Fast shipping during holiday times. Would recommend for products you wouldn't normally find and if you're willing to pay for the shipping!

My third time that I purchased Saqra Mart
I have received the items（mask) before New year
Thank you Saqra Mart,I highly recommend!

注文した商品全てが届いて満足ですし、パッキングも丁寧でEMSでの配送だったので日本を出発してから自宅に届くまでが早かったです。ありがとうございました。これからもよろしくお願いします。

Ordered an item that was supposedly in stock only to find out on my tracking that its been backordered? So I don't know long I'm now gonna have to wait for an item that was apparently in stock, have contacted customer service, now waiting for a reply.

I am glad that I was able to rediscover this site again during pandemic time like this. Great product choices with very reasonable price, and considering this order was shipped from Japan to US directly.
Everything went well, the package arrived before Christmas (just in time), thank you and keep up the good job. Highly recommended.

This was my second time buying from SaqraMart, and just like the first time, I was very happy about the experience. The items arrived within a reasonable amount of time, and they were packed very well in spite of the fact that I had a huge order. Their selection of Japanese snack foods is impressive, and free EMS (international express) shipping to the U.S. with a $99+ order definitely adds to the appeal. For anyone looking for authentic Japanese snack foods, I would recommend checking out SaqraMart.

I had saw on social media my childhood candy, Apollo. I was searching for the candy and this website had popped up first. Not only did I see Apollo but I also saw more of my favorite snacks from back home :))

I was very pleased to find Saqramart. Their free shipping with a $100 order is great. I was able to order items I have been unable to locate in the US for a reasonable price. Shipping seemed fast to me. I now have all the makings for a Ramen taste test party. I have been telling my foodie friends about this company. Thanks, thevalenti

I recently ordered model kits from Saqramart and I was extremely impressed by the service. The processing times were a bit extended due to the holiday season, but the shipping was extremely fast. They also did a brilliant job packing the MG Virtue I ordered. Each runner bag was bubble wrapped! I've never seen that level of care with kits before and will be ordering from them again in the future.

Items arrived suprisingly quick considering it was international shipping. Everything was packaged extremely well and sale prices were great! Definitely looking forward to purchasing Gundam from here again.

My order arrived much quicker than expected, and everything was packaged well. Will definitely order again.

I've Ordered 3 Times on the Site, All Items came Perfect, Only Bought Gundams there and it's an amazing site to buy New Sets and Learning Sets. However 2/3 Orders were a little delayed on Dispatched During November taking around a 5 - 7 days Extra Longer on Dispatching the Items. However I contacted Support on the Issue and they were very Helpful and Easy to Solve the Issue and get it ready asap. Overall Amazing Site and Nice Customer Support, Will Order again in the future Hopefully.

Super fast! Ordered on Friday and turned up on Monday. Japan to UK in 3 days is superb service

I placed my order for two very hard to find kits as I was able to source and track them down to this site. Paying the the actual msrp price was a no brainer and despite having to pay the overseas shipping rates I still came out ahead. Had I opted to purchase from a scalper definitely would have been charged twice or more money, which is a part of the the hobby if you want a certain kit. I received the tracking information within a few days and two weeks later I received my kits in excellent condition and well protected for the handling of overseas shipping. I plan on doing more business with SaQra Mart very pleased with my experience.

The price is very reasonable and the shipping is faster that I initial thought. I like how they pack the items so carefully and even had someone sign off for the package. If they have more selection for the items I need I would be more than happy to be a return customer.

Great prices and deals. Very quick response to inquiries. Great handling of products, and surprisingly quick shipping. I usually do shop overseas because shipping is too expensive so getting free shipping on certain orders helps a lot so far five stars for me
