Good quality dynamo cycle lights
These dynamo lights, front and rear, were perfectly suited to my hub dynamo cycle with the front emitting 60 lux, clearly enough to both allow you to cycle safely in the dark as well as simply be seen. Good quality goods at a competitive price.
No despatch and no delivery of product
No despatch and no delivery of product. This is a failed company and should not trade. Do not give them your money.
EDIT: I cancelled this order and it all went very quiet (had to chase) until I received an email saying I couldn’t cancel as by some miracle the order had despatched. This company is lazy and dishonest or both but regardless I will never order from them again.
Non existent customer support
Really unhappy with Santafixie customer support. I bought a complete bike a few weeks ago. It arrived with both brake rotors bent. I contacted the customer support team who were initially responsive and referred my issue to the bike manufacturer. I chased a couple of times (after hearing nothing) and was told that told the manufacturer hadn’t responded, I’ve now chased again twice and have had no response at all from Santafixie. Really frustrating as I have a bike that is not meeting my expectations…

I would definitely use Santafixie again. Choice of products is good and delivery was quick even coming to the UK from the continent. Pricing is competitive as well which is always a bonus.

I will definitely be purchasing from them again! I now have the best bicycle helmet and for a fraction of the price! Considering it had to come from a different country, it was reasonably quick shipping, and they gave me a couple of cool stickers that are now on my bike! Could not recommend more!

Shouldn't have ordered in the first place
At the time of writing, it's been more than 3 weeks since I placed an order and nothing has arrived. I've had no updates, emailed customer services who haven't even replied to tell me why it's being delayed.
Great product and price
Had to wait 2 weeks but so worth it for the price I paid .
Contacted the company after a week to make sure my order was okay and they replied 2 days after and were really helpful!

I'd like to star by saying that I DO NOT recommend to use this company. The customer service is close to none and the information on the website is false.
I have recently ordered some bike bags (Chrome industries) for my bikepacking trip... I've made sure the sizes are right to fit my bicycle and after I've made the purchase and paid their inflated shipping charge (Company is not located in UK but in Spain despite their .co.uk address), I had a look on the company website (Chrome Industries) at their other products. I have then found out that the bag I have purchased from santafixie had wrong measurements listed on their description . I have then requested that they ammend my order and send out a smaller bag and issue a refund. This simple request is of course too complicated for Fernanda at SantaFixie... She then proceeded to email me incoherent statements. I've figured I'll just wait for the items to arrive and then return them. I have waited home on the day of delivery just to be told by GLS their carrier that I was not in. FALSE
The bags then were being bounced between depots and then the tracking stated that they were delivered. They were not. I am currently in a dispute with Fernanda who is making me to fill out a ridiculous form to receive my refund which i have requested numerous times. Its been a month now since I've requested my refund on the non delivered items and I am still fighting for it.

Every time you email the "support team" you'll receive an extremely annoying automated email stating:

Company is quick to take your money but not so keen on returning it when they are clearly at fault
The amount of negative reviews just shows that this company has no right to exist and carry on taking peoples money.
