Rattle in wheel
Well the wheel I ordered was as expected other than a slight rattle meaning something was stuck in the rim of the wheel. I tried to remove it, with no success. It's just a shame this sort of thing leaves the factory or distributor without a quality control check first.

Great product and a good price. Dispatch took 9 days after the order was placed and I was getting concerned it wouldn’t arrive in time but delivery only took a few days and it arrived in time for Christmas so no problem.
Excellent item! After sales service needs work
Wanted an 18t Miche Campagnolo cog. Item was difficult to find elsewhere so I thought I'd try Santafixie. Cog was very reasonably priced. Despatch took a little longer than I expected. The a.i Comms were all in Spanish so for me a total waste of time. Did get a fairly prompt reply via email but think their after sales service needs a little work. Took a couple of weeks for order to arrive but I was delighted with the cog I received so all good in the end.

I have bough an e-bike thinking that was a UK based company. The company is actually based in Spain. I really needed the bike to commute and I needed the bike ASAP. According to the website delivery would have taken between 3-4 working days and done by FedEx. The bike took 5 WEEKS TO ARRIVED!!!! I placed the order on the 1st of November 2024, it arrived on the 2nd of December 2024!!,, For the month I was contacting Santafixie to see what was causing the delay. For like 3 weeks the bike was stuck in customs and send back to the deport.I was also telling them to cancel the order because it was just taking too long, I needed the bike. When it finally arrived was damaged, I put the complaint on the 4th of December 2024 to return the bike (2 days after the bike arrived) and after going back and forth with emails sending pictures… they have refused the return saying that some of the damages are easily fixed, that other I have caused them and that it was too late to return the bike. They have send me this on the 20th of December 2024 (18 days after the bike arrived)I have reported this to national trading standards. So now I just need to wait to see if I will get my money back because the bike does not work

I had a terrible experience with Santafixie and cannot recommend their service.
I placed an order for a bike on 11th November, believing them to be a UK-based company with a promised delivery timeframe of 7 working days. However, nearly a month later, I still haven't received the order. To make matters worse, the provided tracking information shows the bike was cleared in UK customs on 4th December, only to be sent back to the original shipping location two days later!
When I reached out to their customer service for a refund, they informed me that the order could not be canceled, and I would need to return the bike if I no longer wanted it. This is completely unreasonable given the extreme delays and lack of clear communication.
I’m left waiting indefinitely for a product I no longer want, with no confidence in its condition upon arrival. A truly disappointing and frustrating experience.
Avoid Santafixie if you value timely delivery!

Good value for money on bespoke products delivered in good time. Very happy.
Poor experience
One star for good value, one star for excellent product (Kask Protone helmet, 20% cheaper than elsewhere). Lost one star for slowest delivery (2 weeks), lost another for shocking tracking (no notifications whatsoever even on day of delivery) that might as well as not been, and lost another for unhelpful communication when chasing. If you’re not in a hurry, can live with not knowing when/if your expensive purchase will arrive, then ok, but clearly not for me! Also don’t be fooled by .co.uk - they’re based in and ship from Barcelona!

Bought a few things from Santafixie recently to re-invigorate my old single speed… Great selection, good prices and efficient delivery… One slight odd ball was the Bullhorn bars I bought that came ready wrapped in bar tape.. great idea, but I had to take it all off to get the brake levers mounted and re wrap myself…

I have not received my order
I have not received my order and, according to the tracking info, the order has been stuck in a GLS warehouse in Spain for two weeks. The customer service chatbot doesn't recognise the order number. It is fake!
This is a scam! Customer service useless. The tracking is fake. Avoid!
