I have a SanDisk Ultra 3D SSD and I accidentally put it in the washing machine on hot heavy cycle which lasted 30 minutes then it went into the clothes dryer for 30 minutes on hot and wasn't discovered until it i opened the door it was too hot the touch when it cooled down i plugged it in to the computer and everything worked perfect

Purchased a SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive a year 8 months ago, stopped working with in warranty period, called customer service , they mentioned they will replace the drive , I sent the drive , this was 2 months ago
Nobody responds to my email and when i call they mention its escalated , that's it ....

NIE WIEDER SANDISK !!!

Ich muss leider sagen, dass meine Erfahrung mit der SanDisk Extreme Pro Portable SSD 4TB äußerst enttäuschend war. Nachdem ich diese SSD für meine Daten speziell wegen der beworbenen Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit erworben hatte, stellte ich schnell fest, dass sie nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprach.

Darüber hinaus trat bereits nach kurzer Nutzungsdauer ein Problem mit der Zuverlässigkeit auf. Die SSD begann intermittierende Verbindungsabbrüche zu zeigen, was zu unerwarteten Unterbrechungen meiner Arbeit und potenziellen Datenverlusten führte. Dies ist inakzeptabel, besonders wenn man bedenkt, dass ich die SSD primär für ihre vermeintliche Zuverlässigkeit erworben hatte.

Insgesamt bin ich von der SanDisk Extreme Pro Portable SSD 4TB enttäuscht und kann sie nicht empfehlen. Die versprochenen Leistungsmerkmale und die beworbene Zuverlässigkeit wurden in der Praxis nicht erfüllt, und ich habe letztendlich das Vertrauen in dieses Produkt verloren.

Bought 2 sandisk microsd cards...had some issues after around 4 years and thus contacted Western Digital / Sandisk. Got reply very next day....was told to provide proof of purchase and the very next day, it was registered to my account for warranty claim (all done by western Digital Customer services). I was unable to erase pics from the microsd and thus could not return...on which the customer service told me to provide proof that I have destroyed the sd card, which I did by taking pics of the sd card....very next day,my claim was approved and on 3rd business day, I have received 2 new Sandisk micro sd cards. I was just amazed by brilliant service provided and I cannot buy anything but Western Digital or Sandisk....thanks Loads to Thomas R at customer services

I bought 2 brand new, different SDXC cards (both 128GB, one Extreme Pro, one Ultra) from SanDisk this week from separate suppliers, both of which were faulty and unusable.

Their online support chat was utterly useless. It counted down your number in the queue, and then when it got to "your turn" it was just silent. Ended up phoning their support line who could not work out why this was happening. These used to be my go-to company for SD cards in the past, but the decline in quality is so appallingly apparent.

I have fallen out of love with Sandisk. They just do not work on Apple Macs.
I diligently backed up my Mac on to Sandisk memory sticks but could not access them because the Access software was updated !
Ok, so bought a new one and that says it will take 43 hrs to download 39GB.
My old Toshiba external hard drive does it in seconds.
I recommend you do not buy Sandisk memory sticks if you have an Apple laptop

SSD drive died soon after purchasing. I have been waiting almost a year for a replacement. Absolutely no customer service or support for goods in warranty. Repeated emails with no answer or answered months later with excuses.

Purchased a Sandisk 64GB memory card from Argos, needed a new one to go in my brand new Canon Powershot SX70 HS, old card was showing it could not be formatted, I've had that card 10 years so can't moan....

I fitted the brand new card into my camera and went to format it but on the camera it showed...''Available Memory 59.4GB''

Now I don't get this at all! Why is it showing on the Sandisk packaging its a 64GB card, when in reality it's clearly not! Are all cards like this, falsely claiming it's 64 when it's 59.

Micro SD card failed after only a couple of months use , unfortunately , I’d had the card in storage for over a year, so was unable to claim on warranty
I’ve used them before, but only for occasional storage, and delete but not in a security camera that over writes the data every week, won’t be buying again as I need storage I can trust

Ongelofelijk slechte service. Card gecrasht - dus alle beelden kwijt. Sandisk meldt - ga maar op internet zoeken hoe je je beelden kunt terughalen. Blijkt dus onmogelijk. Stuur je card maar terug, krijg je een nieuwe, en dat doen ze dus gewoon niet. Ik heb het na zes maanden maar opgegeven. Ook mijn oude kaartje sturen ze niet terug !!

After 2 cards failed I started a warranty support claim. Many many weeks of lies, excuses and ignoring me and I've concluded that I will never see those SD cards be replaced. I will now have to replace them at my own expense, and you can be sure that Sandisk is not the brand I will go for! I am very disappointed in this shocking excuse for a company, they have been rude and I believe that they are intentionally avoiding doing the right thing. Vague excuses that have spanned multiple months, no good at all.

Ich habe vor 5 Monaten meine SD-Karte eingeschickt wegen eines Garantiefalls. Den Rücksendeschein habe ich relativ schnell bekommen und die SD-Karte sofort abgeschickt. Seit dem habe ich nur eine Nachricht bekommen, dass die SD-Karte angekommen ist und überprüft wird. Seit knapp 4 Monaten habe ich nichts mehr von SanDisk gehört trotz mehrfachem Kontaktversuch.

Im Grunde wurde ich bestohlen.

EDIT: Nach ungefähr einem Jahr (!) habe ich unangekündigt einen Brief mit einer neuen SD Karte bekommen.
Bestohlen wurde ich also nicht, hat nur unfassbar lang gedauert.

Waiting almost 3 months for warranty replacement.

Ich habe vor mehr als 3 Monaten einen Garantiefall beantragt wegen eines defekten USB Sticks. Den defekten Stick habe ich SanDisk zugesendet. SanDisk wollte mir anfang Januar einen Ersatzstick zusenden. Ich warte bis heute auf die Lieferrung und SanDisk vertröstet mich nur und meldet sich nicht mit Updates bezüglich der Situation.
