Could This Company Sink Any Lower, Such Bad Level Of Customer Service...What Customer Service That's Right No Customer Service. I Emailed This Company Three Times Asking About 'Product Info And Customs UK Taxes' But No Replies Even After Seven Days No Replies. On-line Web Chat Which Most Companies Encourage You To Do Rather Than Phoning Them, You Get Put Into A Queue and When It's Your Turn It Simply Goes Dead, I Tried This On-Line Chat Atleast Five Times But Again No Joy. What I Don't Understand Is Why Do Managers Employ Staff That Simply Can't Be Bothered To Do The Job They Are Payed For. I Can Only Hope That Directors of This Company Read This And Act Upon This As There's Only Way This Company Going,Yeah That's Right "This Company Sinking Down the Drain". It's Time The Directors Of This Company Do Something eg Get Surveillance Cameras Put Up Or Something....

Ich habe einen Flashdrive für mein iPhone 16 Pro Max gekauft und muss leider sagen: Finger weg! Die Rückgabe ist nicht möglich und der Kundenservice ist ein Witz. Es gibt weder eine Telefonnummer noch eine E-Mail-Adresse, um Kontakt aufzunehmen. Nach dem Kauf habe ich einfach 50 € zum Fenster rausgeworfen. Der Verkäufer reagiert auf keine Anfragen und es scheint, als ob es sich um einen betrügerischen Anbieter handelt. Ich rate dringend davon ab, hier etwas zu kaufen!

I ordered a Western Digital 4TB NVME drive from here as they are now part of the SANDISK family sadly. Despite ordering from the UK store, it was sent from the Netherlands I believe via UPS. When I opened the parcel, it contained a pack of 4AA batteries and not the expensive drive that I have paid for. I contacted UPS straight away who advised me to contact yourselves which I have now done. I await your reply and hope this will be rectified ASAP!!!

I would rather give it zero stars!! I bought a 4TB SSD drive. Had it less than 7 weeks and it no longer works. Nothing changed, it just did not mount on my desktop one morning. I have been on to their support as it is under warranty BUT i placed over 25 years of work, photos, files etc on it and need a data recovery first and to understand my options. One week later and no repsonse. I have lost a week of paid work and untold amounts of stress and there has been NOTHING from their support!!!!

My order is held at the customs which asked ME to fill up a form and pay the customs duties. SanDisk customer service told that they would take care of everything. After a week they informed they have solved the issue and my order will reach my house within the day. It didn’t as UPS told me that ACTUALLY SunDisk has never replied to any UPS email. As SunDisk won’t issue a refund and I had to escalate a complaint with PayPal. But I’m pretty sure SunDisk won’t be bother to reply to my complaint there too. Now I have to wait for a month to show PayPal that SunDisk doesn’t care to fulfil and deliver orders.

I bought a 250GB Micro SD card on Amazon. After Amazon 30 day 'Warranty' expired I had to contact SanDisk support. 40 mins and multiple files to SanDisk and photos sent they said they would send me a return address. Nothing. I'll just bin it.

I regret ever purchasing from this website. Don’t be fooled it’s a major brand. The website failed to work, it wasn’t clear I had purchased the item and I received no confirmation. Some time later I received tracking details for the delivery but then UPS delivered it to a random location that wasn’t my house. I can’t get a response out of the supplier and UPS won’t respond. Absolutely useless site.

Provides "lifetime limited warranty" for "regular" microSD cards but only "3-years limited warranty" for "MAX ENDURANCE" microSD cards supposed to last "over 13 years" (?!). Otherwise good. Good microSD cards.

Put in thumb drive back up data to it (20 hours to load), put in other pc. Just some unopenable files. Followed rubbish instructions again and again nothing. Googled for help found Sandisk site with 5,200 views of customers with same problems on same product. Sandisks answer "For all those people who find it more convenient to bother you with their question rather than to Google it for themselves."

You would have thought 5,200 users of a single product would give them a hint that their product has major flaws and glib, palm off comments are not a professional way to deal with customers experiencing repeat product failures

Zwei Sterne weil die Micro SD Karten 128GB (22€) sind einfach nicht geeignet für Überwachungs-Kameras, obwohl die Größe zugelassen ist. Geld verbrannt für Nix.
Leute Last die Finger von den SanDisk SD Karten, eine billige hat’s gebracht was die Teure nicht gebracht hat und das für 7 Euro.
Ihr solltet euch was schämen.

While the SanDisk Extreme SSD 1TB offers excellent performance when it is functioning, the abrupt and total failure after just one year of use is unacceptable, especially for a device at this price point. The loss of my data has been a significant setback, and the lack of effective customer support only added to my frustration.

I would advise potential buyers to be cautious. While the drive's performance is stellar when operational, its reliability is questionable based on my experience. If you decide to purchase this drive, ensure you have a robust backup plan in place, as you might find yourself in a similar situation with little to no warning.

Do not buy a SanDisk Professional 5TB G-DRIVE ArmorATD. Mine failed after less than 6 months and I was told by customer services to get a third party company to try to recover the files. I did that and luckily got the files recovered, but the cost of that, together with another drive I had to source quickly so the recovery company could give me the files back, wa nearly £400 GBP. That is not covered under the warranty. They just offer a replacement like for like, but (a) it's a rubbish drive and (b) I bought a replacement to get the files back needed for my business so I don't need a further replacement. Look, just don't buy Sandisk hard drives!!

Bought a Sandisk Extreme Portable SSD 2TB drive. Worked great for 5 months and then it kept shutting down. Bought this through Amazon and they would not offer a refund. Sandisk sent me another drive and that drive had the same technical issues as the first drive.

I needed to claim under warranty for a faulty SD card bought in the UK, but Sandisk insisted that I post it to the Czech Republic, at a cost of several pounds. Not had any feedback so far.

selling expensive thumb drives, made with inferior materials to sell a more cheaply made product at a more expensive price is not the way to repeat customers, and then not wanting to stand behind, and even making excuses

Why would I buy a micro SD card that is write protected so I cant do anything with it? I cant transfer anything to it and none of the forums help with a solution as you need to pay more for a solution than the card costs. Why are they allowed to do this? I will avoid all Sandisck products no matter what they are!!!

I bought the dual usb. It asked me to format it. Then I went to use it now it doesn't register it's there. Then I went to there online website to see if I could fix this issue which it asks for your bank details. Am not exactly gonna give them this after buying this dual usb for 13 pound and getting 1 day out it. If you have to use these remember take them out correctly don't format it. Use it to it potential and you might get a few months out of it !.

I originally posted this for Veloreo but as it is an issue with the usb drive I thought I'd also share it with sandisk or WD, Of which I use to be a fan of Western digital and Sandisk due having a lot more luck them their products compared to Seagate.

Edit: 1st February. I finally got the full refund and reimbursement for return shipping. I can say don't but a SanDisk dual luxe ultra. Rip off that doesn't work as advertised and there are much better options if after a large capacity drive. Look at the mini external ssds available. There are a few that are only slightly larger than a standard usb stick but they work so much better. Also there are things like dock case and you can get an m.2 2230 drive to put in it and they are tiny as well. Not quite as small but they sandisk option just won't work or if the model you get does work for you it'll only work till the outer section falls off when you have it on a keyring and you lose your drive.

Edit: I have been given a refund although waiting on reimbursement that they promised with the return parcel fee. It wasn't much but but it's principal of the situation to see how they are overall. I think some of the resolution is also due to when I mentioned having an issue to kogan and they have continually been on the case as u have been told by kogan.

Unsure, but I wouldn't say positive at this stage as I ordered a SanDisk dual luxe ultra 1TB on 15th November. Around the 12th December I asked how far off it would be as the supplied tracking number does not work and they said it should have arrived by now so another few emails went back and forth to then getting a tracking number and receiving it just before Christmas.
When I thought I'd test it I found it does get really hot but also the transfer speeds drop down to less than 30MBps but it appears to be next to nothing as when compared transferring for a test 100Gb data on an external usb hard drive it would do it in a reasonable amount of time but the sandisk drive just got hot and I could leave it for a day or 2 and it'll still be transferring and when it is eventually done transferring If it did complete, half the files would be corrupt. Transferring small files seemed to work. I let them know the issues and did find some people online saying the drive is good but a fair few complaining of the same issues and currently unsure if a replacement would be any better or the same so I am still in the process of trying to get a refund for the last week or 2 unless they can tell me they aren't all that terrible and unusable, but time will tell remembering I did order it on the 15th November 2023 and a resolution is still ongoing which has been a 2 month process so far.

imagine downloading a free trial of a program but you can't actually use the program unless you pay 50 bucks plus tax. What's the point of the free trial if you can't actually TRY the program? Thanks for wasting my time, sandisk. I hope someone pirates your USB repair tool software.
