Appalling delivery. No attempt to deliver to the correct address. You have to collect it from where they leave it!

Only wanted a micro SD card. I still think £15.77 is a lot for something so small, maybe I’ll go for the standard delivery-YIKES! £ 79.31! More than the memory card itself and this is supposed to be the UK website…shocking!

This is an untrustwothy company
I sent a drive in for warranty repair in mid December. It's now over six weeks later and I have received nothing but lies from them about the repair. Their excuse is that the specific model that I sent in is no longer being produced (it is discontinued) and they have no stock of it. But they refuse to offer an alternative and they claim they have no idea when.
Misdelivered Claim - Outright Refusal
I purchased two 1TB SanDisk Extreme cards during a sale, but UPS misdelivered the package. I reported the issue to UPS over the Christmas holidays, and they admitted fault, stating they were unable to retrieve the package. UPS advised me to contact the shipper (SanDisk) for a resolution.
Despite providing SanDisk with a snapshot of UPS’s email confirming their mistake, I was informed that, since the claim period had passed, I was not eligible for a refund or replacement. While I understand company policies, it’s disappointing that I’m left without my order due to an error completely outside my control.
After this experience, I won’t be purchasing from SanDisk again.

Good customer service
My SanDisk portable SSD hard drive unfortunately failed a few months after buying it. I got in touch with their support and, after sending back my faulty device, they have provided me with a new one. So, while I was disappointed with the initial hard drive failure, I've been impressed by how SanDisk has responded.

No vuelvo a comprar ningún producto de San DISK, ya que compre un iX PAND FLASH DRIVE LUXE 64 GB, y se me solto la parte que entra en el ordenador, fuí a a tienda ecomputer de la calle del COSO, 80 a reclamar y no me hicieron caso, y eso que la tienda que te vende es responsable de lo que te vende.
Mande un email a la casa de San Disk, con la fotografia de lo ocurrido , el numero e igual sin hacerme caso.
Con lo que cuesta, es increible que no tenga mas calidad

Betrug. Werben groß mit zehn Jahren Garantie, ersetzen nach 5 Jahren trotz Ebay-NEUKAUF-Nachweis die hochwertige Karte nicht. Begründung: Ebay sei ein Sonderfall. UNFASSBAR !!!!! NIE WIEDER !!!!!!
8TB SSD Failed, Customer service AWFUL
I bought an 8TB SSD external drive for a job coming up. It failed on day 2. I sent it back to Sandisk straight away. They received it on 24/12/24, and we are now 13/01/25. Still, there is no refund, and customer service is appalling. I would avoid at all costs in the future. Will update when the refund is in.
This company is a complete joke
This company is a complete joke. I ordered a Sandisk product on Black Friday and waited over a month, getting the usual “thank you for your patience, your order will ship soon” emails. Frustrated, I asked for a return before I even got the item. Now they’ve sent me an email telling me to “package the item and return it.” Are you kidding me? How am I supposed to return something I never received? This process is beyond ridiculous—absolutely no logic or competence.

Ordered a 1.5 tb sd card in the black friday deals on the 22nd of November.
It never arrived despite many complaints.
In the end I got refunded on the 3rd of January.
This wasn't very helpful as the same card is now almost double the price, this was meant to be a Christmas present and now not only is it late but I cannot afford it at the full price now the offer is over.
Despite asking if they could remedy this and honor the original sale price with the card I have promised a relative they just refunded me and didn't reply.
Awful customer service from such a large company.

Great purchase, failed to deliver
Ordered at the beginning of December, I completely understood and appreciated a note saying they were delayed due to increased demand.
Tracking tells me (weirdly) the parcel left NL on the 6th- with their chosen delivery company, UPS.
UPS has failed to deliver and the entire thing remains unresolved (happy Christmas). Sandisk’s response? “Oh we can see you’ve raised a claim with the delivery company, so we’re going to do nothing”
Cut and paste apology, no attempt to provide customer service, we’ll just sit on our hands.
Do better.
UPDATE 12/01… over a month after the order, one insipid email saying “they are still working on it” no customer service whatsoever. Will now engage PayPal to recover my money.

SanDisk Externe HD (Extreme) 4 TB: plötzlich nicht mehr lesbar, ausgestiegen, kein Computer hat mehr Zugriff auf die Daten (mehrere Lösungsansätze auf mehreren Computern erfolglos ausprobiert). Zum Glück vorab eine andere externe Disc gekauft (nicht von Sandisk) und darauf alle Daten (doppelt!) gesichert. Das Problem ist bei diesem Typ bekannt, Sandisk verkauft munter weiter.

Missing Order 4 weeks and counting
I purchased 4 microSD cards in the Black Friday sale (21/11/24) I received confirmation that they had been shipped the following day but they never turned up. I contacted SanDisk support who were keen for me to cancel the order and get a 10% off voucher instead (Black Friday deal was 50% off) so I refused and I still haven't received my order 1 month later.
Horrible company- they stole $88 from me!
I purchased 5 SD cards from SanDisk on-line. The package was delivered but only contained 1 card. I notified SanDisk customer service including 2 supervisors (including Thomas R). About 10 days after first reporting the issue I received a reply that the items must have been delivered to me and that the claim was denied! SanDisk called me a liar! NEVER buy from this company or Western Digital. Awful company. I have gone ahead and bought 5 Lexars from B&H. I will never buy from this company again. SHAME on you San Disk!

Nach stundenlangem Hin und Her mit dem Support hab ich dann schlussendlich aufgegeben obwohl das Produkt noch bis 2026 von der Garantie gedeckt war.

ScanDisk Scam
I read the reviews about this product but decided to take the risk. I bought 2 drives, one 1TB and one 2TB in around April 24. The 1TB died within a month and the 2TB died this week. I am an amateur photographer and lost all my raw digital negatives.
