Item not received and support refused to help
As a customer, I found their support response unprofessional and irresponsible. Being left without any meaningful help in this situation is extremely frustrating, especially for a high-value item that should have required a signature or secure delivery. I’ve never had to dispute a charge with my credit card before, but I’m now forced to move forward with my bank to get a refund.

Sent faulty item to Sandisk Uk with a letter and all information but all they did was send everything back to me and yes item was not fixed or replaced.

Don’t buy Sandisk but do buy Samsung instead.

Externe Festplatte wird nicht erkannt. Support ist unterirdisch, es gibt nämlich keinen. Eine angegebene Telefonnummer wird nicht bedient, es läutet einfach munter vor sich in. Kurzum, Problem lässt sich nicht lösen. Zudem ist eine Retoure nicht möglich, weil Bestellnummer nicht vom System erkannt wird. Nie wieder!
Worst company ever
I bought a 1TB WD Red SN700 they sent me a package and when I opened it, the box inside the package was already opened. They probably sent me some defective junk that some other customer sent back. Garbage company AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Swapping HHD for SSD Western Digital / SanDisk
Purchased Western Digital SSD drive to replace existing HDD in my laptop. Choose WD as it indicated free cloning software was available. Purchased disk enclosure which allows the drive to be accessed via USB port. Downloaded and installed the software (Acronis). The software would only work if it detected a WD drive present. The software failed to see the USB drive as being Western Digital. Googled the problem and discovered behavior had been encountered by numerous other users. Also found “To solve this, you can contact WD support to download a special .exe file.”. Accessed WD website for support and to get the executable. Webpage indicated that as of February 2025 the Western Digital SSD drives are now supported by SanDisk. Opened support case on SanDisk website “Acronis software does not see the WD Blue SA510 connected using USB enclosure.". Response from SanDisk included links to download and install Acronis software (should have been apparent this had already been done). The email response included “Also, SanDisk does not recommend connecting the internal SSD with an enclosure as we recommend connecting the internal SSD with the Motherboard directly”. The response is a bit absurd given the intent is to migrate from an existing HHD drive to the new SSD. The point of purchasing a drive that comes with cloning software should have made this evident. Looked SanDisk up on trustpilot.com to see if the support (or rather lack thereof) was common. They had 1.6 rating on a 5-star scale. Might be that those satisfied with SanDisk support are not as likely to enter a review. I was able to complete the migration using different cloning software however was disappointed with SanDisk support.

Lies. You buy a 32GB drive and they don't give you access to 4GB of that drive! Trying to transfer a file and I now need to go get another drive for the sake of 444MB! Which would have been well under if you were actually given the storage it advertised. They should say on the box what the actual useable space is

Ich habe für mein iPhone 17 einen speicherstick erworben, der laut Verpackung für alle iPhone kompatibel ist.
Das war leider nicht so, weshalb ich den helpdesk bemüht habe. Zuerst per Chat, dann Konversation per Mail. Kaum zu glauben das da wirklich ein Mitarbeiter dahinter war, so dumm wie Rückfragen waren. Nach 2 Wochen habe ich aufgegeben und den Stick zurückgeschickt
Betrug mit Cashback
Habe eine teure externe Sandisk-Festplatte gekauft, da es eine Cashback-Aktion gab über den Mediamarkt.
Alle Daten wurden ordnungsgemäss und rechtzeitig auf der entprechenden Webseite abgegeben, eine Bestätigung hierfür kam per Mail. Danach passierte gar nichts. Nach einem Anschreiben wurde ich immer wieder - über Monate insgesamt :) – hin und her verwiesen. Cashback gab es nicht. Auch keine Begründung. Irgendwann wurde einfach der „Fall geschlossen“.

I bought 2x WD7100 SSD's and recived 1x WD7100 and 1x 125gb SD card, I have had a dispute open for the wrongly sent item for a month now and now have decided to get my credit card company involved as they are clearly not doing anything. unfortunatly I should of look at the reviews here before I used them but I thought a big company like Sandisk was safe to use. Live and learn!!!!

Should be called Scamdisk! Orders 2 Extreme Pro 256GB SD Cards and received one. Disputed it with them 3 times and they said “we escalated this to the highest priority” and determined you received both cards. This is a bold faced lie. There is a reason this company has a 1.7 trust pilot rating. Will NEVER buy from them again.
Do NOT buy from SanDisk direct — they make you pay twice if UPS loses your order
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
I ordered a SanDisk Extreme 256 GB microSDXC card (Order placed 5 Sept 2025). UPS tracking kept changing the delivery date every single day, and after more than 10 days the item still hadn’t arrived. Clearly the package was lost.
When I contacted SanDisk support, instead of fixing the problem, I was told I would have to wait up to 10 more business days for UPS to “investigate.” I asked for a replacement to be shipped immediately, but was told I would have to pay for a second order myself and only maybe get refunded for the missing package later.
This is outrageous. A company like SanDisk should take responsibility when their logistics partner loses an item. Instead, they pushed the burden onto me — the paying customer — with no urgency, no accountability, and zero concern for the fact that I needed the card immediately.
At this point I have neither the product I paid for, nor any confidence in SanDisk’s willingness to resolve issues. The message I received loud and clear is: if your package goes missing, tough luck, pay us again and wait indefinitely.
Absolutely unacceptable. I will never buy directly from SanDisk again and strongly warn others to avoid their online store.

J'ai acheté trois cartes microSD SanDisk 128 Go sur Amazon et Windows 11 me dit pour toutes les trois que leur formatage est impossible... J'ai essayé sur trois ordinateurs différents et c'est la même chose...Trois cartes inutilisables donc confirmation de mauvaise fabrication...

Paid £499.95 for an external hard drive, but it kept intermittently disconnecting. Tried three new cables, still no good. Sent back to Sandisk, asked for a refund, but they refused and sent out another disk. Same result. They flatly refuse to refund, despite my statutory rights to claim a refund. The service is disgusting; they really don't care. DO NOT BUY from this company. They only offer a 30-day warranty on their products, and sometimes faults don't always appear until the item has been used a few times.
