Sameday Courier Omdömen 

Cea mai neprofesionista firma de curierat. Am comandat un produs la easy box, dupa ce am efectuat plata am remarcat ca acel colet era gol, furt organizat, o data banii de pe card (produs+taxe curier) cat si produs. A trecut o luna si eu am ramas cu paguba, nici macar un raspuns la tiate solicitarile mele. Sa va fie rusine, cineva ar trebui sa faca niste controale.

A sunat livratorul sa-mi spuna ca nu gaseste coletul in masina, dupa au zis ca a esuat livrearea si au trimis-o inapoi

Ze hebben nog niet eens de moeite genomen om contact op te nemen per mail laat staan dat ze een poging gedaan hebben om het pakket te bezorgen
Als je het werk niet aankan los dat dan op of ga iets doen wat je wel kan

This company had a bad start and they used to be terrible, but they’ve evolved into the best delivery company at the moment. Their easybox system works fast and so does their customer service department. My experience with them has been great lately!

This is far from what a paid courier company should provide. This time for delivering a dryer machine the driver called to say is alone and cannot deliver unless somebody will help him with the 50 kg package and carrying it up 2 floors.
When asked him if he has a trolley or something the response was ,nothing with him. The customers should have at least couple of delivery options when paying for a service like that. received the email to complete the delivery survey and already expired in a couple of days? The company name should be Pay Anyway(we won’t guarantee your delivery will be made)

This is a complete mockery, these are not courier services but some kind of complete parody. YOU HAVE NO OPTION TO CONTACT THEM, not even by phone, I waited 1 hour for them to contact me and they failed (I attach a photo) there is no place to write to them and they do not have an email address. Do not even bother trying them, your shipment will come when they decide without notifying, it is a pity that I cannot give them 0….

Do not use this courier for delivery, given the choice. They do not deliver to many places, but that is not evident when making an order online. I live in the central city area of Sofia, Bulgaria, but they apparently do not deliver to most addresses there.
If the given address is not covered by their delivery service, you would receive an SMS that the delivery failed, at the last delivery due date, and you need to provide a different address. If you provide a different address, chances are it is not covered by them as well and the story continues, until your order is cancelled. Another option is to try redirecting the package to a box office. Unfortunately, that won't work most of the times and the site just says redirection is not available for the moment. Even if you get lucky, the box offices they have are too spread apart, so chances are the nearest one would be too far away, and you would most likely have to travel by car to pick up your package. That defeats the purpose of using such a delivery service in the first place, but hat is another story. Also, their customer support is non-existent. Trying to contact them by phone either says no operator is currently available, or you are the X-th number in the queue, and your number increases with time if you stay on the line. You can spend days trying to contact anyone from the customer support to no avail. Sending an e-mail is also pointless, you would receive no response. So, good luck finding your package!

Low quality service. No respect for customers. Whenever I sent a complain I only got apologies and some logistic details but never a solution for the problem. Logistics should be much better in a delivery company that has already quite a few years of experience.

Unfortunately, Sameday Cluj has one of the worst couriers. Their couriers are full of arrogance and have an unprofessional attitude. They call you to say they’ll deliver your order that day, but then they never show up. And when you try to contact them by phone, they turn off their phones.

I also tried to contact Sameday’s customer service department. They promised to send me another delivery for free, but a day later they told me they had returned my parcel. Even the people in the support department are unprofessional.

If I were the owner of Sameday, I would fire most of them and hire only people who actually enjoy doing this job. Many of them go out for coffee after 12 p.m. and don’t stick to their schedule. Sad.

If I were a big company looking for a courier service to work with, I’d go with DPD or Cargus. They’re the most reliable ones.

Pathetic service, would never use again! It takes less time for delivery from China to Bulgaria, than SAMEDAY’s delivery from one neighbourhood to another in the same town!!!

Very disappointing delivery services.
I contacted them to let them know about what happened and they just don't care they just tell you what you want to hear.

De fiecare dată cînd pun ridicare de la un easybox anumit mi-l duce la altul,deci de fiecare dată e așa,nu mereu dispun de timp sa alerg după colete la alte adrese…

Imi pare rau sa spun dar aceasta firma de curierat este fara nici o pregatire si nu stie sa managerieze coletele pierdute...cand ii suni si dai greu de ei by the way nu stiu ce sa spuna!!!

Nu am fost informat ca am primit coletul numai ca nu l am ridicat si mi l au trimis inapoi.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered through SHEIN and was able to get one of the packages but the 2nd one has not arrived. The shipping claims it “failed to deliver” but I have no record of a delivery attempt. I have emailed and called them multiple times and they will not respond. It has been well over a month and so I have no escalated to SHEIN customer service but they’re telling me the same thing Sameday is, that it “failed to deliver”.

I called their customer service just for it to be closed in my face after waiting for 20 minutes because I spoke English. Absolutely do not recommend dealing with this incompetent courier service.

We’ve been working with many couriers across Europe, but Sameday has been one of the worst experiences so far. They lost our shipment, and since then it has been impossible to reach anyone from their customer service to file a proper claim or get an update.

No clear communication, no responsibility, and no solution — just silence. For a logistics company, this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

If you’re a business relying on deliveries, avoid Sameday. You risk losing both your parcel and your peace of mind.
