Ordered kitchen products worth 2,500+ RON with SameDay EasyBox delivery to avoid waiting for a courier. Package didn’t fit in the locker and was redirected. Courier called once, missed it, and then he blocked my number — line comes up as "busy" all the time afterwards.

Customer support insisted the courier was “busy.” No empathy, no communication, completely unprofessional. Not acceptable for high-value orders.

Zero stele. Un plic are nevoie de 5 zile sa parcurga 150km. Execrabil.

Extremely rude called only once talked like he is my boss. I had to call like 4 times for them to pick up. He lied he is in other city. Very rude.

O companie total neprofesionista. Nu te anunta din timp referitor la colet. Nu iti da posibilitatea sa prelungesti coletul. Nu cauta solutii sa te ajute sa iti recuperezi coletul. Persoana care este responsabila care iti raspunde la telefon total neorientata catre problema.

Am avut o experiență foarte neplăcută. Am depus un colet la Easybox acum aproximativ 11 zile și, dintr-o neatenție, am uitat să dau confirmarea. Am cerut sprijin de la Masem Day pentru soluționare, însă până acum nu s-a făcut absolut nimic, nici măcar verificarea camerelor de supraveghere. Lipsă totală de implicare și profesionalism. Mi se pare inacceptabil să treacă atât timp fără să primesc un răspuns concret sau o rezolvare

100 de telefoane sa ti se zica ca trebuie sa astepti 1-2 zile in plus pentru ca "nu a fost posibila livrarea la easybox", orar fals a depozitelor ( apareca e de la 9-11 dar defapt e pana la 17), faci drumuri in valoare de 2-3 ori cat e taxa de curierat sa rezolvi sa intrii in posesia coletului ,vezi doamne nu e voie sa primesti numarul curierului si daca le dai recenzie slaba in mailul care vine dupa ridicare iti da eroare site-ul ca "ceva a mers prost". Prost merge doar aceasta firma sub orice asteptare. Din partea mea sa va feriti pe cat posibil de firma aceasta amatoare, nervi pierdere de timp si pierdere de bani (mai multi decat taxa de curier, pe motorina proprie pentru deplasari stanga dreapta). toate intamplate in Targu mures

The courier company is beyond criticism. The service is extremely unprofessional. I have received about 10 deliveries through them and have always had problems. Yesterday, I received a message that I would have a delivery on the same day, but the courier never came, and I had to stay at home all day. Today I tried to redirect the shipment to Easybox, but it was no longer possible. I called them and waited on hold for 32 minutes and I never made it to talk to an operator. I had a case where, "for my convenience," my shipment was sent to the central post office. This is anything but convenient. I lost the delivery and, consequently, money, because I couldn't go there. I have no idea how they managed to arrange to deliver purchases from China, but since then, receiving orders has become an unpleasant experience and a hassle every time.

I had a package that was supposed to reach me. But I found out that "they lost the package". But the truth is that they took it as their own. Unserious, the worst experience, I will refuse this courier company from now on.

"Coletul a fost deteriorat si nu mai poate fi livrat" - Nici o detaliere, poza sau explicatie. Nimeni in Call Center nu stie nimic. Nu e prima data. Consider ca este inacceptabil sa nu fie o detaliere si sa fie informati urmatorii pasi.

Two months ago, I sent a parcel for an item I sold on Vinted, which was shipped via Sameday. The parcel has since gone missing, and neither Sameday nor Vinted has provided any meaningful assistance.

Sameday’s customer service is unreachable, and Vinted does not offer compensation, so I have not received the value of the item. This is extremely frustrating, as neither the shipping nor the customer support functions properly.

I am very disappointed with the quality of service and cannot recommend these companies to anyone expecting reliable delivery and customer support.

They lost my package and offered to reimburse 5x the cost of the shipping. Pretty useless since I sent a gift to someone which was worth more than that. They did not bother to explain what happened like idk, stolen or damaged package. They simply sent me an e-mail and invoked an article from their T&C, 10 days after I sent the package.

Would not recommend them.

I have ordered a package from Shane.i currently living in Budapest and I received everything I ordered before but this time I have been waiting 3 days for my package because they just mark it as a failed delivery. By the end of the first day I called the driver 10 times never picked it up. Second day I called the office they said that they wouldn't send my package back and I can redirect it to one of their delivery boxes but the app is completely bugging out does send the pin to log in about an hour later so this wasn't an option. Called them next day they sent back my package to the sender. Such an incompetent company

They returned two packages to the sender and lied that they tried to contact me throughout the entire week.

Wrote to their support. Nothing happened. Abysmal service.

Comanda de la Orange confirmată in 18-Iulie-2025 in jurul prânzului cu termen de livrare 3-5 zile lucrătoare.
In data de 19-iulie-2025 (sâmbătă dimineața) Sameday confirma prin SMS livrarea coletului deși destinatarul nu era la domiciliu, implicit CI nu a fost verificat in original (cerința obligatorie in acest caz). De atunci e un întreg ping-pong atât cu Orange cât si cu Sameday. într-un final, la aproximativ o luna după data incidentului Sameday confirma transmiterea reclamației către departamentul de Despăgubiri care respinge cererea dar refuza sa comunice acest lucru in scris. La momentul de fata plângerea este la ANPC urmând ca după primirea răspunsului de la ANPC, in cazul in care nu este soluționată favorabil, sa fie înaintată o plângere pentru furt.

Anno 2025 the operators at Sameday are not speaking some basic English and are very unfriendly. I did ask for help and their answer was: I don't speak English and my colleges also not , pa ! Connection was broken.

The worst!! This name is so ironic. Sameyear is more accurate. The shipping started at 29 July and it's 18 August and it's on the parcel sorting center. So even now I am waiting. Omg that's rediculus.

I chose a pickup point near my address, Sameday decided to take my package to another point, that is an hour away from me, the cause never stated. Out of curiousity I checked their website, and they could have delivered my package to exactly 13 other pickup points, that would have been closer to me. They gave me 2 days to make the 2 hour trip to and from this arbitrary place they chose, which next to work was impossible for me. Tried to reach the company to see if anything can be done, let the phone rang with their customer service line for up to 1.5 hours but they never picked up. Terrible service, that keeps letting me down on every front. Please save yourself the trouble and order with anyone else if you can.
