Sameday Courier Omdömen 

An idiot from the warehouse decided that the package could not be delivered, because the apartment number was missing. I live in a HOUSE!

I dont think I have had one package delivered to my door by Sameday.bg
There is always an issue and there is no customer service contact. Terrible service. If it were my choice I would stick with Speedy, or Econt.

Coletele întârzie mult, ultimul sta de 2 zile în "depozitul central", sunt redirecționate aiurea la easybox situate la distanta foarte mare sau nu livrează și dau mesaj ca box-ul este nefuncțional și nu redirecționează la cel mai apropiat easybox.
Dacă suni la relații clienți, răspund pe un ton acru și foarte grăbit să scape de tine cu explicații puerile, fără să încerce să îți rezolve situația sau să te lămurească...
Cândva păreau ceva mai serioși.

My package was not delivered to the locker I selected, but I get that because of the holiday season. I had 2 days to pick it up and when I arrived, the locker was not working. It was late at night and in a few hours the package was gonna expire. The next day I called and they said that they will redeliver it to me but when I called the next days I got told that there was nothing they could do. I do not understand why they lied in the first place. I told them I want to speak with a manager but never got called.

Organizare zero, comunicare slabă și lipsă totală de profesionalism. Dacă nici la sediul lor nu pot găsi un colet, nu știu cum pot pretinde că oferă servicii de livrare. Foarte dezamăgitor și nu recomand absolut deloc.”

Ordered a simple sleep mask, but was amazed by how quick it was delivered. It came in one day, on a Saturday.

Cea mai neserioasa companie de livrari! A ajuns coletul in depozit acum 5 zile, dar la mine nu a ajuns inca. Am dat doua apeluri, doua cereri s-au facut, coletul tot acolo e. Ma astept poate peste o saptamana sa ajunga? Nu stiu! Nu doresc si nu recomand nimanui...

I am very dissatisfied with this company’s service, and nothing like this has ever happened to me before. I had a very small international package, and I chose the pickup point closest to my home to receive it. However, after several hours I received an email from this delivery company informing me that they had “found a better solution” for my selected pickup box and sent my package to a location about 10 kilometers away from where I live. When I questioned them, they told me that this is stated in their contract with the sender, and that they are sorry but there is nothing else they can do. If I could, I would give them a zero rating. In addition, the staff of this company were very rude, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, they hung up the phone on me. Don't use this courier if you don't look for trouble

Colet pus Marti dimineata la Easybox si este Vineri si nu a ajuns la destinatar. Nu am primit apel de la curier si nu am numar de la curier sa sun ca sa fie recuperat acel colet. Era un colet care era urgent sa ajunga a doua zi. Nu ma voi mai baza pe Sameday

Pathethic. They didn’t find a spot in my locker selected and sent me 15km away to another pickup point. This is just bad. Will cancel my corporate account with them as well

If there was a -5/5 it would be that. Got an sms that my delivery has arrived went 6hours later on a Sameday box and they told it it has been there for 3 days and they returned them and hung up on me

Probabil cea mai proasta firma de curierat existenta in lume, mi am dat comanda de ochelari si au venit complet distrusi

A complete joke. Multiple packages delivered by them are damaged. I just had a 1000eur oled monitor delivered by them with the box all damaged and thrown around.
besides that every product that is to be delivered by them is delayed for days if not a whole week. They call themselves sameday courier but they don't even offer such an option, not even in the same city. and with their delays and damages, the more appropriate name would be SameMonthFootballer courier

The most horrible courier I ever seen in my life .I bought something from Vinted .First of all the first thing I bought they lost it.Now they are working extremely slow and 20 day the only was handed to the courier partner

Foarte prost serviciul la easybox.Nu este permis sa nu se deschida ușa cu coletul apoi sa iti dai de ceasul mortii sa recuperezi banii.Penibil!

O nenorocire de curierat. Am expediat un colet luni 10 noiembrie, a fost ridicat din easybox ul unde l am depus în aceeași zi, ziua următoare pe 11 a ajuns în depozitul local din București. Astăzi, joi, 13 noiembrie este tot în depozit. Ei se laudă că livrează 90% din pachete în ziua următoare. O mare minciună foarte probabil. În plus, comunicarea cu ei este aproape imposibilă, poți doar urmări tracking numberul și atât. Totul la mila lui Dumnezeu. Tracking numberul meu:

UPDATE: pe 21 noiembrie - tot nelivrat...

Am primit mesaj că ajuns coletul. Am plecat de acasă și în drum spre easybox primesc alt mesaj că nu a intrat în easybox și că pun o adresă. Coletul era mic și putea sa între lejer în easybox împreună cu celălalt colet. Nesimțire pe fata. Nu recomand aceasta companie.

Cel mai jalnic serviciu de curierat, pt a 5 a oara, colet blocat in tranzit de 10 zile.
Daca nu ar avea comenzile samsarului emag ar falimenta instant.

Cred ca e cea mai buna firma de curierat din România. Coletele ajung foarte repede, iar problemele apar extrem de rar
