Sameday Courier Omdömen 

Slow service and not easy to speak to someone on the phone with a long queue. The tracking information on their website was not updated for several days. I would not choose to use this company but the business I purchased from sent my goods with Same-day. Not recommended.

Am cumparat online si comanda urma sa fie livrata cu aceasta firma. Coletul nu a sosit, in sistem la ei apare ca livrat. Nu au putut dovedi faptic ca salivrat la destinatarul de drept! Firma de la care am cumparat refuza sa imi ramburseze banii ....deci Romania !!!! Sfat: nu mai platiti online! Iar aceasta firma este cea mai mare frauda vazuta in ultimii ani !

4 days for a package to arrive from Hong Kong to Bihor and 4 days (and counting) waiting for someone to pick up the package from Bihor and deliver it in Bucharest. The worst courrier company! I have never had a package that waan't delayed by them. Deplorable job!

Very difficult to find pickup point Triton Berca Buzau.
The location doesnot appeare on google maps corect.

Absolutely incompetent and unreliable company. I would never use their services if I have a choice, unfortunately shops that I buy from use them.. They lie about date and time of delivery, send packages to wrong locations, no way to contact them for anything, every time I have to receive a package from them it is a terrible and frustrating experience. I would suggest them to change their name to Next Week..

I requested delivery to a store, but they wrote back saying that my order didn't fit in the box, which is impossible since I was picking it up at a store. I ordered through the e-mag website, and they haven't been able to help me either. Great Christmas service.

Delivery paid, not delivered on time and this isn’t all… they redirected my package to an easybox, when they should had delivered to my door.

My package should've arrive in the same day when has been shipped , but like we are used to with this company of liars in the evening I received an sms that my package couldn't been delivered because of the wrong address . Now from 2 days nothing changed, they never tried to deliver the package and they didn't even send it back to the shipper. It's impossible to contact them by any means: phone/website/mail . At phone the robot close your call , on website you can't send the form and at mail they don't reply. So yeah run from this company!!!

This is the worst courier company ever. My package arrived in the city three days ago, and they still haven’t delivered it. I’ve been calling for over an hour and I’m still stuck in the queue. To make matters worse, they finish work at 5 p.m. Terrible!

praf si pulbere!!!! de la A la Z, niste incompetenti - livreaza cand au ei chef (livrari intarziate cate 1 sapatamana), coletele deteriorate, nu ai cu cine discuta!
NU RECOMAND!!!

De ne descris ce comportament au cei de la sameday / Ungheni Mureș
Daca mergi la depozit sa ceri o nelămurire referitor la un colet după 4 zile de la intrarea coletului in custodia lor primești următoarele
Nu iese treabă mea , coletul astăzi a ajuns la noi nu mă interesează cate zile a stat la depozitul central .
Pai nu sunt din aceeași echipă București / Târgu Mureș nu tot pentru sameday lucrează și de-acolo își câștiga pâinea ?
Angajați , te înjură , jicnesc și amenință ne vedem după poarte continuând cu multe înjurături !
Alooo Conducerea Sameday luați măsuri !!!

Comanda nu a ajuns, Sameday a returnat pachetul FĂRĂ să ne contacteze. Niciun telefon, niciun SMS, niciun mesaj pe WhatsApp, sau Email. Am sunat vânzătorul, care ne-a spus că a mai pățit lucruri similare cu această firmă de curierat și m-a asigurat că in viitor nu va mai apela la serviciile lor.Recomand alte firme de curierat dacă vreți să primiți pachetul vreodată.

Too bad this review would impact just the employees. They re trying to do a decent job. Not all of them, esp. the "Client Support" ones. They re rude, the lack of knowledge and the fact that they have to lie nicely to the clients is abhorring. The drivers need to repair the whole chain above them, in front of the clients. They re the only physical contact with the end-clients, which are boiling with rage and frustration, caused by incompetent dispatches, hotline operators and badly maneuvered merchandise in the warehouse.

I downloaded the app because there was no other way to extend the pickup date - since they can't even make it an end-of-day deadline, but some random time during the day - and I see that they even want to charge money for it. I've never liked Sameday, but this is outrageous.

O stea e deja prea mult pt cat merita firma asta. Ma gandesc serios sa fac o plagere la ANPC si sa insist, pt ca nu putem numi nici macar sameweek, d-apoi sameday. M-am oferit sa ma duc la depozit sa imi ridic coletul si nici asa nu am putit rezolva.

They lied saying that my package will arrive today and it didint, i told them it was very important that i have it today but it still hasn’t arrived and its not the first time.

Asteptam din strainatate un pachet cu produse de imbracaminte.

Le-am scris , i-am invitat sa imi spuna cand imi vor livra pachetul si cand il vor recupera pe cel cu mancarea de pisici.
Din pacate nu am primit nimic: nici pachetul nici scuze nici explicatii nici banii. Nimic. Halal gestiune a relatiei cu clientii !!!

Nothing good to say about them - very long delays, zero customer support.

Firma este de toata jena. Șoferul a depozitat un colet de 3500 de roni . Nu a înmânat persoanei de pe comanda nu a lăsat deschiderea coletului chiar daca s-a plătit in plus pentru asta. Întreb firmele care lucra cu aceasta chestie de firma, voi nu citiți ce se scrie despre ei?
