This company is a complete scam. I bought a non oem T-cell. They never emailed an invoice. It shipped from a company in Australia. The PayPal account was completely different name and I had no record of the purchase. When it failed after 4 weeks they cannot be reached. Find another way to get chlorine in your pool.

I purchased a pool cell from them that had a 5 year warranty. It went bad shortly after 1 year. They will not refund. I saved online chat where they said they'd honor if it broke. So they made me hire the pool company to provide accurate water reading and would not accept my test before I could submit claim. I submitted pictures and that document. Then then said I would need to ship it to them at my expense and buy a connector pipe to fill the gap while they verified it was not working. It had been working for over a year and stop giving me a reading of HOT and that my pool was 155 degrees. They would not just honor their warranty. Not to mention respond to repeated attempts by email. Stay away from this company.

I am surprised as to how this company is now responding. I had dealt with them in the past. They told me I needed a T-15 cell. Purchased it. In 2 years it failed, having a 5-year warranty they sent a new one. No questions or issues. That was in 2018. That cell now failed after 3 years. According to their warranty guide, It should be 50% off. They don't answer calls, you have to email them. TOMMY, their sales guy does not fully respond to your questions or concerns. He told me to return the cell. I did. NOTHING. All he wants is to sell me a new cell. Now I'm out a cell and need a new one They have really fallen from grace with me. It's disgusting and aggravating. If I could give a ZERO, They would deserve that mark. So SAD that the company does not care about its loyal customers.

It should be a minus 1 review, bought salt cell from them that failed in 9 months should have been a 100 % replacement, first emails were so, then they had me mail them my cell that failed and it has been 2 weeks no replacement quit responding to emails. Save your money and order from a reputable company.

Purchased T-15 cell, did not receive order confirmation or any shipping details. Call 5 times and was unable to speak with a sales rep., only the receptionist, left messages to find out about an order confirmation and when the item would be shipping. No reply! I was told to send email to sales for better service, sent 3 emails and still have not received a response.
MY ADVISE, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I order a IC40 Salt Cell replacement, which has been out of stock in a lot of places. A month later I still hadn't heard anything about my order, so I emailed asking if they had an update. They replied that they were canceling my order at MY REQUEST. I didn't request they cancel, I ASKED if they had an UPDATE on the status.

Can not get anyone to respond to you no matter what. Been calling and emailing for 2 weeks. I originally wanted to buy more product from the but their lack of care/follow up is insane. They will not even acknowledge a return, which their own website says they will email as soon as they receive. FedEx says they received 9 days ago. Have not heard a word from them.

THESE ARE THE WORST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

I have dealt with them 3 times now. They are always helpful and responsive to me. They will be my go to for salt pool problems.

Bought a T-15 cell replacement- the one they advertise when you open their website. worked for a few months and sent it back. Wanted to charge me another $200 for a new cell. 5 year warranty is non existent. So do yourself a favor, go to another store and pay a bit more for a legitimate cell. This one is garbage and so is their warranty.

Don't ever buy from this store. Never got product, can't get my $400 refund!

Purchased a Platinum Edition Replacement Salt Cell T-Cell 15 on April 23, 2020, with their touted 5-year warranty. Worked excellent for 4 1/2 months & then just stopped working. I've emailed the company 4 times requesting warranty service, never a reply. Can't find a phone number to call! Terrible customer service, will never purchase from this company again

Non existing customer service. They charge you 50$ for second day shipping and don’t ship items at all.
Do not use this company it is a company that just sales you r private info after you place an order.

This may be the absolute worst company I’ve ever encountered. In 2017 I purchased a salt cell for my swimming pool, $269, which is still their advertised price for a new one. This company touted an “Industry leading 5 year warranty.” Their competitor, Hayward, offers a 3 year non-prorated warranty, so I went with 5. 3 years later the salt cell failed. To file a warranty claim I had to first clean the cell with muriatic acid, send a purchase receipt, model & serial numbers, and a current water analysis. After uploading the data, I received an invoice for $336. Upon inquiry, I was told the warranty is prorated, based off what they consider “retail price.” I was told this was explained in the manual that came with the salt cell. First of all, I received nothing with the salt cell, and second, their marketing hype around their “industry leading” 5 year warranty never mentions pro-rata nor it being based on some obscure retail price. So in essence, under warranty, I can have a replacement for $67 more than the advertised price of a new one! Reading BBB complaints, unfortunately after the fact, this company has a history of misrepresentation and deceit. I have filed a complaint with the Illinois State Attorney Generals office.

Still waiting for an order places 3 weeks ago !! No one answer the phone or email ...

I bought an aftermarket salt cell for my swimming pool chlorine generator from this store. They offered a 5 year warranty. They shipped it quickly, and I installed it. It failed after 2 years. I contacted them for a warranty replacement, and they sent me a return label.

From that point on, they have been nearly silent. I sent back the cell to them, and see that it was delivered on August 6. They wrote on August 12 to say that my order was in process, and they'd contact when it shipped. Since then (today is August 20th) they have not responded to any emails or phone messages. No one ever answers the phone, so I leave messages daily. The cell still hasn't shipped. Today is 2 weeks since they got the defective cell back.
