The absolute best week of my life. The staff went out of their way to make sure everyone felt included and had a great time. Truly the coolest experience

My Salt Escapes trip in Ibiza was absolutely incredible! This was my first solo trip, and from the very beginning, I felt welcomed and supported. The trainers were not only knowledgeable and encouraging, but they also took the time to really connect with each of us. The workouts were challenging in the best way and left me feeling stronger and inspired. The food was amazing—fresh, beautifully prepared, and inspired by the local cuisine. It was a highlight of each day. What really made the experience special, though, were the people. Guests who started out as strangers quickly became lifelong friends, bonded through a shared passion for fitness and adventure. Salt Escapes delivered the perfect balance of training, community, and relaxation. I’ll definitely be booking another trip with them!

Can’t wait for the next trip! Highly recommend! I had a great feeling going into the trip and my expectations were far exceeded! The team that runs the week are absolute pro’s!

5 stars no question, Salt Escapes was exactly what I hoped for, I had the most incredible week!
The workouts were brutal but in the best way possible, and we were cheered on all the way through by our two amazing coaches Clem and Bryony! I loved the balance with our daily yoga, good for the soul and the aches, thanks to Suze. And the food was spectacular every day, I have an allergy and I never feel like I missed out thanks to Sophie, who put a lot of care and thought into everything she made for everyone!
The location was truly incredible and boat day IS as good as it looks.
The only problem is deciding which to do next, I'm looking forward to it already.

Fantastic week in Ibiza led by Clem and the team. The workouts were tough but got everyone involved, and the yoga was a welcome reset in the day and we were always fueled by the amazing food! The boat day was a fabulous addition to the itinerary. Could not recommend this trip more, a great way to meet like minded individuals.

Absolutely stellar week in Ibiza with the Salt Escapes crew. Clem, Bry, Suz and Soph were absolute legends! Epic workouts, blissful yoga and the absolute best food ever. Seriously coming back and telling EVERYONE about this. Get on it or you aren’t living!

Great week - fantastic hosts!

I wasn’t sure what I was expecting for our Ibiza retreat, but the experience I had far exceeded any of my expectations! The coaches -Clem, Suze, Bryony, our very talented chef - Sophie… all impeccable, talented, personal, and genuinely lovely people. The villa was perfect for our group of 16, so much room to lounge and eat and enjoy each other’s company. You come in to this experience as strangers, and you leave with 15-20 new friends across the globe…a belly full of food, memories for a lifetime, and some sore muscles! 10/10 will be joining another Salt Escape at another location!!! Attended the Ibiza retreat and had an amazing time! Stunning villa, great people and food too! Variety of activities to do daily, challenging workouts, yoga, boat day, hike. Loved the ability to opt in and out of what you wanted to do too. Was a great way to meet new people and enjoy a week in the sun. Would love to attend again :)

What an amazing experience, from the incredible workouts and yoga to the personal chef cooked by Sophie!! Truly will go down as one of the best holidays I have ever had, meeting new people who have become friends all with the best hosts we could have wished for!!

Amazing week with some fantastic people. The Salt Escapes team were amazing - some great workouts led by Clem and Bryony, with their limitless energy and encouragement, followed by some relaxing yoga sessions with Suze. Sophie’s cooking was second to none, every meal was packed with flavour.

Thanks to the team for an unforgettable week and I would 100% recommend this to anyone considering it!

Our trip to Zakynthos was one to remember for a lifetime. Amy, Mike, Gem and Tom were the absolute best. They made the experience seamless. Everything from food to workouts to boat day to lounging by the pool was unforgettable. Would 100% recommend for anyone no matter the level of fitness! There’s something for everyone.

I didn’t really know what to expect with the salt escapes experience, but whatever it was the reality was above and beyond what I could’ve hoped. The entire team from Amy and Mike, the trainers Tom and Gemma, and the chef Ayesha, and the housekeepers, were just wonderful. Everything was planned out perfectly, run so smoothly, always executed with the best vibes. The workouts were challenging in the best ways possible, and by the middle of the week you are SORE but feeling incredible. Getting to know the other guests on the retreat was so easy and natural and by the end of the week it felt like I had known them all for ages. There’s seriously nothing I could think of to improve the week, and I can’t say enough great things about the whole experience.

The most amazing week! Let’s start with the villa, it’s absolutely stunning! The food was outstanding, boat day was 10/10, workouts were tough and fun, staff/coaches were engaging, personable and top notch. Salt Escapes week was very organized, well planned and the perfect solo getaway! I can’t wait to try another one.

Just wrapped up an unforgettable week in Zakynthos with Salt Escapes! Incredible coaching (huge thanks to Amy, Mike, and Gemma!), unreal food (Ayesha, you’re a star!), and the best crew to share it all with. From sweaty workouts to boat days, to poolside hangs, every moment was a blast. Already counting down the days until the next one, I’ll definitely be back!

Best group / fitness trip out there! Amazing location, beautiful villa, challenging workouts and a team of the most amazing, nice, attentive people. Amy, Mike and Gemma are the nicest and put together the most fun and amazing workout / yoga sessions. Our chef was Ayesha and the food was beyond amazing. No complaints! Definitely not my last trip and will be something I try to do every year!
