Emma is a brilliant PT…she remains down to earth but her knowledge and experience are beyond compare. Her classes are fun but she takes on board that not everyone can do every exercise and gives alternatives.

A class that is easy to follow with up beat, feel good music and a friendly atmosphere. The locations are lovely and you are immersed in your own little world, allowing you to let go which is a great mood booster. Emma makes it fun but also ensures everyone's wellbeing. Highly recommend!
