Very good company, nice to work with them. When I met the difficulties placing an order, they contacted me immediately by their own initiative and helped me to make it correctly.
My order - blast chiller Life W30 was delivered on time. And the main thing - they offered the best price for my goods, which was about 1K euro less, than offered companies from UK and Belgium.

It was the best price we could find but well worth the delivery wait. Salbini has kept us informed at all times and the oven has just arrived well packed and secure. Would recommend the company and would certainly buy from them again.

I was a little worried about buying internationally. But it was an amazing experience and the price was really good. I’m still in awe of the little box they created of wood to bring my Miele cooktop to me. I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to buy from them. ! Simpatici!

Customer service unfortunately incompetence. Thought was language barrier at first, tried patiently to avoid miscommunication but faced by arrogance and defensive reactions. Filippo did responded fast but solution not provided. Typical example of fish head rotting from top to bottom of practicing bad business ethics. Dislike writing reviews or running others down which bad for heart but not in this case! From frustrating to disguised experiences as time passes yet not fulfilling the order in the end. No picking fight instead honest remark to put one in mind to do homeworks before dealing so to prevent resemblance distasteful encounter, unless they educate themselves with abundance humble mentality!

Salbini - Wonderful, convenient, friendly, brilliant service
I was trying to source a Falmac Loop island hood which I had seen on Falmac's website. I wasn't able to source this anywhere else in Australia. Salbini were able to meet my needs and import the hood from Falmac in Italy directly. It did take a while with European Summer break to finally receive the hob. We were renovating during this period so it wasn't a deal breaker at all. We are yet to put the hood in place as our kitchen install is scheduled for mid October 2019. Salbini did everything for me quickly and efficiently. Antonio kept me update to date on the order's progress from build, shipped all the way through to it's arrival. I would highly recommend Salbini for any unique item you wish to source. Thanks again.
