Excellent price and outstanding service for Musso Mini ice cream machine. E-mail inquiries were answered swiftly. The machine was shipped on the day they wrote that it would be shipped (15 July) and arrived at my home (via DHL) in Israel on 19 July.
The carton containing the 12 kg machine was packed so carefully that it was shipped in a wooden crate weighing 28 kg!
One could not ask for a better buying experience.

Amazing Service!

I was so pleased with the customer service I received from the boys at Salbini. My 12 Kartell Lights came on time and perfectly packaged. Other retailers said I'd have to wait 12-18 weeks for the same product but Salbini were able to get the lights from Italy, in 6 weeks for me. Also super friendly and prompt replies to my emails too! I couldn't recommend their service enough!

As I was ordering for the first time from these guys, I have to say I was slightly sceptic. My order included Gessi shower set in specific finish and every retailer would say it takes 2 months to manufacture. Guys at Salbini put an effort and found one in stock for me, probably the only one available.
Payment through the Paypal made feel safe at least on the money side, but upon receiving my package by DHL today, I have a full confidence in this retailer.

I would highly recommend using Salbini if you are looking at getting Italian furniture for the home.
We saved more than $30,000 overall compared to buying it from Poliform Australia, and the products arrived a lot quicker than we got quoted from the Australian retailer.
