On the plus side, the LIFE W30 blast chiller is fantastic and Salbini very reputable. On tryst negative side, I didn’t quite understand when ordering that I would have to pay another significant amount of money for customs clearance and DHL asked me to answer questions about the product such as presence of fluorocarbons that only the manufacturer would know. Also, When DHL delivered the crate it was in a super heavy screwed down chipboard box and was very difficult to open and deal with though no doubt great for safe transport internationally. Also, When I finally unpacked despite being sold into Australia it had an Italian plug and wouldn’t work without an international adapter. Last but not least, the English instructions exist but are not always clear. For instance, I couldn’t find any information on the average length of time for the cycles ie. the yogurt cycle takes 10+ hours and there are two options auto and manual but the installation manual just says you have to run the yogurt cycle to degrease it before doing anything else. Plus some of the “English” recipes online are so grammatically poor they are problematic to follow.

Perfect service! A smooth cooperation from beginning to end. Good communication, promises were kept, delivery dates on time, transport of the goods from Italy to Amsterdam in secure wooden crates. so I am a happy customer :-)

October and the other in early November. These delays are too long. The instructions on the order site should be more explicit regarding these deadlines (e.g. closure of companies in August...) The only information of the 4-week deadline is not sufficient in my opinion.
I also find the follow-up not relevant. I always had to relaunch them and ask for the progress of the order.
However, I appreciated their responsiveness in my questions. They always answered quickly and I thank them for that.
