We used Salbini to acquire a new sink for our kitchen. The price was very good cheaper than we could find in the UK. After 10 days I contacted the company by email. I received a swift reply to say it would be leaving in a week. I was snet a email with a photo to show the sink on its way packed in a strong crate.
DHL then contacted us for the import duty. This was still cheaper by the way.
Yesterday it was delivered in good condition. I have been impressed by Salbinis customer service. Thank you

Good deal and superb service thanks to mr Antonio and mr Francesco for a smooth process from begging to end. I ordered Gaggagenau combi steam over, microwave and induction cooktops, and DePadova armchair. Goods were ready to be shipped earlier than expected timeline and when I let mr Francesco know that my house was still under construction due to 3rd wave of covid-19 in Thailand. He kept the products at the Salbini warehouse for a month before he shipped out. The wood crates are impressive. Thank you again Salbini.com
