We had great experience with Salbini even though I didn't know what to expect when I originally saw their website. They offered great service getting my new dining table to Sydney from Italy in perfect condition. Although we forgot to arrange white glove service in the original order it was no problem adding it on when the item arrived. Filippo Salbini was very helpful getting the order finalised.

Bought a gas cooker at Salbini.
Reaction by email is excellent, very fast and very clear in communications.
Also aftercare response on questions of the product is very fast.
Delivery from Italy to Belgium was within two weeks and the cooker was delivered very well packed in a strong wooden crate.
