Fantastic service and fantastic product - just started using it but it works great and looks good. Quick turnaround from the team also as I ordered it late and needed the hood to complete my kitchen refurbishment!

Living in the States....Salbini made acquiring Gessi products seamless. From minute one..... their communication was exceptional and continually provided updates regarding the status of our order... putting us at ease. It was a pleasure doing business with them and they have a customers for life!

From Italy to canberra for 30% cheaper than any supplier in Aus for gaggenau products. They answered every email within 24 hrs. Items shipped in secure custom built crate. I can’t wait to have it all installed in my kitchen.

It all started with the amazing support I received in choosing the best option for my tastes and budget. They were very patient and helpful throughout my indecisiveness and made me feel very comfortable buying something I did not know much about - an induction hob with integrated hood.

The international delivery was quite fast and the packaging was amazing. They sent everything in a solid wooden box built around the hob so that only an unlikely major crash might have damaged it. This wasn't the case and the hob arrived in perfect condition.

Item arrived with a few days of delay from declared date, but wasn't an issue.

I purchased a very expensive microwave. I paid just over $1,700 AUD including tax and delivery. Upon item arriving to Australia I was contacted by delivery company TNT advising that I need to pay additional delivery tax of $399 AUD to cover delivery through the customs - customs tax. They advised if I do not pay within 7 days the item will go back to Italy.

That was unexpected, if I known about customs tax I would have bought item in Australia. Price in Australia for the same item is $2,200 AUD.

Upon receipt of the item I was astonished to find out that the electricty plug is European. I can not use this item in Australia.

So, to summarise - very poor! Very deseptive. Do not use them.

Dealing with this company was a real pleasure. Purchase, international transportation and communications were completely stress free. The product was excellent and the crating ensured safe arrival. Highly recommended. Thank you.

I bought a cooker Hood which is making loud fan noise, I complain about this and replay I got you have not fitted correctly. It is fitted by a experience technician and he said it is a motor noise. there is no further answer from suppler. I am very disappointed
