I would give it zero if I could. I placed an order on 3/1/26 and have called 2 times to get status and they just keep saying it's in the lab. I asked if I could cancel the order and they said there would be a restocking fee. WOW! I have to restock something I never received and have no idea when will ship.

This company screwed up my prescription on a pair of expensive Costa glasses. It was like I was looking into a bowl while wearing the glasses. SafteyGearPro told me to send the glasses back so I paid $40 to ship them back. They claimed it wasn't their fault and that I didn't send everything back in the original package. Turns out that they sent me a USED pair of glasses to begin with. They refused to make a new pair without me paying for the lenses again so I just asked for a refund. They only refunded $504 of the original $750 that I spent, so I am screwed out of around $250 because of their mistakes. TERRIBLE COMPANY! Do not buy from them or you might regret it.
Dissatisfied
Got a pair of Ralph Lauren frames with my prescribed prescription two months ago. While it came as described, the coating was faulty so I sent them back for a return.
Be aware of the return policy!! I had to pay for shipping and the frames are held until you pay for the repairs. At the time of writing this review, it has been two weeks that these frames have been "under review" for an inspection while in correspondence with customer service.
Very dissatisfied with this business so far. I would strongly advise to consider all of your options on where to purchase frames before using this site.
Terrible return policy
Blamed me for their mistake.
I placed an order and was sent the incorrect item. Bought 2 pair of the same frame. Was sent incorrect size. I contacted them with my issue and explained the wrong item(s) was sent. I was told to return the frames for a refund. After frames were returned, they kept 30% of my payment and told me it was my mistake.
New ownership. Deserves another chance.
Updating my review. I initially encountered issues with my order and left a bad review. The new owner reached out to me, resolved my issue, and let me know he’s working to turn the company around. He seems sincere about making improvements.
Run. Don't walk away.
Run. Don't walk away from these pathetic idiots. They just don't care. They lie. They stall. They don't communicate. They don't deliver on time. The only thing they do is take your money.
Ordered safety glasses for work
Ordered safety glasses for work with prescription lenses. The order arrived at the latest date possible but still within their time frame, order was also not my prescription strength and are completely unusable. Contacting them for this error they stated they would cover 75% of the remake, site is a scam.

So I ordered some glasses and they came in with the wrong prescription. I tried to contact them and the number did not work.
So this makes it seem like not a good review. I sent them an email and one of the managers called me and apologized because the number on the website had not been updated. They then assisted me with returning the incorrect glasses and ordering the correct ones.
I got the ANSI rated carbon fiber frame, I can't figure out the brand name. Glasses are great I have now had them for over 6 months.
The website can be a little clunky but the service and prices make up for that. Thank you so much Zoya for all your help!
Do not trust Safety Gear Pro
They sold me something they didn't have in stock. I asked for a refund but instead they send me emails saying it is being "manufactured to my specifications," which isn't true. Calls just go to a call center.

Ordered more than a month ago - still do not have them. Yet they took the money from my account immediately. They do not answer phone, do not respond to email. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I sent glasses back and even have a tracking number but they claim they did not receive them. So I am out a butt load of money and they have my glasses. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. and without the consumer protection agency you have nothing to protect yourself. Please learn from my mistake and stay away.
Terrible product and customer service
Ordered some brand name safety glasses. Paid extra for their most expensive transition lens and a tint on them. 4months in the tint is flacking off and it is impossible to see through the lens. I contacted customer support and they told me that this is wear and tear. This is clearly a product defect wear and tear would not have the lens tint flack off making the lens blurry. I replied to them and they never answered. I have a 3year old pair that i ordered from my local optometrist and they are still in great shape unfortunately the prescription is not up to date

If I could give these rip offs a negative 5 I would do so!!! My husband ordered prescription safety glasses from Safety Gear Pro and it hasn't been even a month, he gets to work goes to put them on his face and they fall apart!! Like the frame went into two pieces with left eye glass falling out. How does this even happen?? We contacted the company and they asked for a picture, I sent them a picture and they email us back stating they are unable to take the glasses back or do a return. Like what!?!? Your safety glasses you mailed us was junk and you can't take them back?!? It hasn't been a month! We wanted them fixed and you can't do that!?!? You are a big SCAM AND I HIGHLY recommend people to run from this company and NEVER do business with them you will get frail plastic junk that falls and breaks easily just by putting then on
Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. Customer service was difficult to reach and when I did get ahold of someone, they repeated the same issues over and over and could not give me a realistic idea when I would receive me order. Transit issue, problem with my order, etc.... Ordered on Sept 17th and got them Nov 3rd. The glasses were actually great and my prescription is accurate.
Scammers! Beware!
Purchased a pair of sunglasses on their website and received an email 3 days later saying item was on backorder. I responded immediately and requested a cancellation and refund. After two days with no response, I emailed them again. No response. I’ve filed a claim with my credit card company. These people are scammers! Beware!
This is a scam outfit
I ordered a pair of safety glasses on June 8th 2024, knowing it might take 3 to 4 weeks to get them. At the 3 week mark, I got an email saying they were finished, but having trouble with shipping. I emailed to ask when they might ship and got no reply.
At the 4 week mark, I started calling and leaving voice-mails as well as emails and have gotten no response. At the 5 week mark, I started asking to cancel the order and got no reply.
On July 16th, I got a live human! And she promised to cancel my order and send me an email. Friend, she lied.
Now I'm back to leaving voice-mails and emails that don't get answered. I have no choice now but to file a charge back with my credit card.
Avoid, avoid, avoid these jagoffs.

I ordered some Oakley det cord safety glasses in April 24, they were advertised as in stock, but were unavailable at time of order as I was informed after payment was made.
After correspondence with Lou Javier from sales, I requested a refund, I keep getting told it is being processed but nothing. In my experience Lou Javier cannot be trusted, has no integrity.
I will never purchase anything from Safety Gear Pro ever and I suggest you do the same….
