I highly recommend caglasses.com. The ordering process with this company is simple and straightforward. I ordered prescription safety glasses- progressive lenses that also transition. I received the order promptly and the glasses fit great, I loved the frames and it was exceptional quality. However, there was a slight distortion, despite the correct prescription. I contacted the company and explained the problem. I was past the policy deadline for remaking the glasses for free. I explained to the service representative that I had been dealing with serious family illness and a close death in the family. The sales representative was extremely kind and compassionate and offered to speak with their manager to see if an exception was possible. The company made an exception due to the circumstances. I received a second pair of glasses for no additional cost that are perfect. The representative was kind enough to find frames that would be a better fit for me and sent them to me directly. The representative was always quick to reply, answer my questions and meet my needs. Truely, this type of service is a rare gem. I couldn’t ask for a better pair of glasses. And the service is truly second to none.

I ordered glass in November of 25. After two failed tries (with very poor excuses as to why they were failing) - which included extorting a 5 star review from me and forcing me to pay shipping I gave up and demanded a full refund. I have been promised one - but CAGlasses has not done so as of April of 26. Save yourself agony and avoid this company at all costs. Sent to me by Bria on 2/6/26: "Hi Bruce,
I apologize for the delay in my response—I was awaiting an update from management. I’m pleased to inform you that your refund request has been approved, and you may keep your current pair of glasses. There is no need to send them back.
Please allow a few more days for the refund amount to be reflected in your account. Depending on your bank, the refund may take 14–21 days to process." I have no RMA and was never requested to send the glasses back. Still less than one star. Avoid this company.
UPDATE: After months of effort CAGlasses has refunded my original order, ignoring the promise to refund the shipping I paid for the second pair of defective glasses (again - I was semi extorted in the process). They seem to mean well, but are the most disorganized company I have ever dealt with. I stick with my "avoid this company" recommendation.

Ordered prescription ski goggles and never got them. After waiting for a month I called their customer service, they told me the goggles were almost done, they were at the testing phase and would be shipped soon. 2 weeks after, I was still waiting and tried to call customer service again for multiple times, but wasn't able to speak to someone anymore. I tried emailing them and leaving messages, they never responded. About 3 months after placing my order, I saw that I got a full refund on my credit card, without any explanation. I didn't even get an email saying that they canceled my order. I'm glad they refunded me, but I wasted about 3 months waiting for my order, for nothing. Don't waste your time with that company.

Scam website. Do not order. Any positive reviews should be assumed to be fake. You will not get your order. They will offer discount for the order being late, then tell you it was lost in the mail.

Would give zero stars if able. they will take your money and never give you you’re product been waiting on for two months, then fight with you to get a refund. had to file fraud through my bank do not order from this place!!!

Be careful this is a scam website never got my glasses after a month no details of shipping or anything don't waste you time.

Anyway, your customer service, if any good, has the records of the cancelled order - why ask me?
And for your information, my first contact was requesting a remake because I like the frame. I wasn’t looking for warranty or a freebie. I was then told the product is discontinued even though it was still on your website and available to order.

I’ll send an email to customer service with the new prescription and frame info tomorrow to be sure there’s no mix up.

Sent me “safety glasses” with lenses that shattered into bits on the mildest impact. The shards were sharp. Thank heavens I wasn’t wearing them when they shattered. The glasses took 2.5 months to arrive. Every time I inquired about where the glasses were they lied with a new contradictory story. Oh, they offered me a discount if I reviewed them here with 5 stars. Beware of this vendor.

Denied warranty claim unless I completed a 5 star review

They think that I feel they asked for the review. It wont let me upload a screenshot of it. It is exactly what was asked for. The exact wording was: "Once you’ve posted your review, please send us a screenshot or a link, and I’ll make sure it gets to the lab, so we can start processing the new pair. Please also verify which shipping method you prefer for the new pair, we have USPS for $19.99 and UPS for $39.95."

That certainly sounds like it was required. Next time dont put it in writing

This is a five star review for CA glasses. I have purchased three pair of prescription safety glasses over the last couple of years, for various purposes, and have been very very pleased. All the glasses are well made, lightweight, and the prescription is perfect. As I mentioned, I’ve been using these glasses for quite a while now and they’ve held up. great I highly recommend their safety glasses for anyone who needs prescription safety glasses.

The frames are made well and the prescription was spot-on. The pads offer great grip. Overall fit wasn’t quite right and CA Glasses was super helpful in getting us dialed in. Customer support was excellent. These frames are perfect for sports and offer great coverage and protection. We will definitely be buying more from this site!

Purchased RX safety glasses. The frames cracked after normal use after about 7 months, bur they replaced them without hassle.

The website is fantasticand easy to scroll through. This is the only place I could find the sports protective glasses that I wanted. They stand behind there product and the service is wonderful. Would use them again and will use them again.

I ordered my granddaughter’s sport glasses and she absolutely loved them!!! Not only do they give her the sight she needs, but they look awesome! She is a catcher. Her glasses have given her the confidence she seemed to have lost for a bit, coming back with a vengeance. Last week at practice the ear piece broke, she was devastated. I called CA GLASSES. They immediately answered and asked me to send a picture of them. They are sending a new frame, FREE OF CHARGE and shipping them free! If you need some sports glasses…..Give them a shout

Liked my glasses, support is good. Mine broke while they were in my pocket and I was moving boxes. Support offered to replace for free!
