I made an online order March 1. I have yet to receive the order as of April 19,2026. Tried calling the number on the site no one to answer it even leave a message. Sent multiple emails no reply. Received a text asking for my patience! Not acceptable!! I have ordered from other online sites and had no issues whatsoever and received my order in a timely manner.
Not as good as advertised
The order got lost..the one's I just got are blurry after trying them this morning I had to remove them from my sight it was too difficult to see!!
Received different frames back than the ones I sent in….
I ordered prescription lenses to be put into frames I owned. I mailed the frames in after making the order online with my prescription. Unfortunately, the frames I received back were very different from those I sent in. Different color and style entirely. I did contact customer service; they responded that they would look into it, then responded a couple days later that they had made no mistake, claimed the frames I received back were the ones that they had received from me, which was not true. Why not just admit a mistake? I know exactly what I sent them. They offered only a discount on a new pair of glasses. The prescription lenses themselves were fine, no problem. Finally, I did my order through a cashback site through which RXSafety promised me cashback on the purchase, but RXSafety refused to honor the cashback claim. Would be one star but I am giving them two because the lenses were fine. My rating reflects fact that RXSafety apparently either lost (or broke?) the frames I really liked and had sent them. Very, very disappointing. I do NOT recommend placing any orders with RXSafety.

Zero stars if that were possible. I submitted the prescription incorrectly and returned the order. They refused to correct it without charging an additional fee. When I asked for a refund, they refunded only the frames and kept the money for the lenses—leaving me out $66.
Rigid, customer-hostile policies and terrible service. Do not do business with this company. Buyer beware.

Horrible, do not use them. I got charged for the expensive shipping and cannot get a reasonable response on long wait times
Horrible product
Horrible product. Frames were bent out of the box and lens give me a headache at work. I tried to return and they gave me 15 hoops to jump through but I needed work glasses. Will not buy here again. Ordered back in April
RX Safety has horrible customer service…
RX Safety has horrible customer service and their products are not what they say they are. I ordered some safety prescription glasses and they sent me the wrong frames. I requested an exchange which they denied and then offered me 40% off my next order.
Misleading and Inadequate info about safety rating
I purchased prescription safety glasses from Rx-Safety (RMA RT25004365). The company marketed the product as having D3/D4/D5 protection and assured me it would seal properly on my face. In fact the glasses leave a significant gap at the temples because of the rubber seal design, so they cannot provide the advertised protection. The online listing only gave standard frame measurements (lens width, bridge, temple length) and made no mention of how the rubber seal affects fit or what head sizes it accommodates. I asked the company for either a full refund (including lenses and return shipping) or a modification to the rubber seal so that a proper seal could be achieved. They refused both and simply referred me to their return policy. Since the company had already failed in providing proper info on the product, I had no indication that spending even more money with this company will lead to any better result. This is misleading marketing for a safety product and unfair refund practice.
Just stay away
Just stay away. Ordered a very, very expensive pair of Oakley Shocktubes. I paid, then three days later was told they don't have them in stock anymore. So, my nearly $500 order just doesn't get fulfilled and I get delayed on my purchase because you can't properly update your systems so people can't buy merchandise you don't have in stock?
The whole website is also sketchy, slow, and not intuitive. Just go somewhere else.
Company is a scam basically
Company is a scam basically. Ordered safety glasses in my size(the size I’ve ordered from 3+ places with no issues) and the glasses didn’t fit. Company offered no help but a 50% credit towards a new pair or send back the ones I got to have them altered? Yeah no, I filed a fraud case with my cc company and got a full refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. No free returns. Tried to RMA a pair of glasses that made me dizzy. Had to pay to send it only to have it send back. Stuck with 350 dollar glasses I can use.

Customer service is terrible. Mess up and it’s on you. They sell safety glasses that are literally half as tall as your eyes and the fit shows full size.
I made a mistake on my prescription…
I made a mistake on my prescription when ordering and didn’t discover it until I received the glasses. Unfortunately, the glasses I received also didn’t fit my face well. The company would only offer to remake the lenses, charging me $138 to do so, or return them and be refunded for the frames only. Either way, I’m out $300 or have to pay an extra $138 with glasses that don’t fit. I went with this company because my husband has been a long time customer of theirs and has bought from them for years; he was even allowed a full refund with purchase of a different pair of frames/lenses at one point. Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. Their return policy will have gotten them the ~$250 I paid for the lenses but I definitely won’t order from them again. There’s a steep price to pay if you aren’t happy with the glasses or lenses, even if you don’t make a mistake, with only a 50% credit toward new glasses if you order prescriptions and don’t like them.
A quick look around at other sites shows this is abnormal. Others offer no questions asked returns. I’ll spend my money at those places instead so I can buy a pair of glasses with confidence.
Beware the "virtual try on" tool…
Beware the "virtual try on" tool offered on their website. It made the frames look much bigger than they actually were and when I tried to return them, they would only give partial credit. They will not take accountability!
Do not purchase anything from this…
Do not purchase anything from this company. Took my $300.00 and no glasses. Contacted them and was told they were retooling their equipment. Still no glasses and now they are sending me emails on how to clear the glasses I never received!!!
Over a month later, still processing
Ordred glasses April 8th. 3 weeks later, emailed to ask about the status since it still showed "Processing". I did receive a prompt reply from a police customer service rep, and he indicated there were delays due to them upgrading their equipment/machinery.
I waited two more weeks and followed-up for a status. Again, got a prompt reply and they indicated they couldn't tell me when it would be available/shipped. I requested they cancel the order, so we'll see if that happens.
RUN RUN RUN!!
RUN RUN RUN!!! This is only a website. They farm out the product, which is OK. But the customer service is HORRIBLE! The customer service email is fictional. I ordered glasses on a Sunday night, and noticed instantly I made a mistake. So I immediately tried to email them, but the emails bounced. The office was closed so I couldn't talk to them. I called first thing Monday morning (8:00am CST). They said the order was already sent to the factory. She said she'd send a change order and email me. No email was sent. Then I got notification on Monday at 9:00am thanking me for ordering a second pair. Then Wednesday another email saying my order was complete and being shipped. Well the order was wrong, nothing changed. So I called and left a message. They called back at 5:00pm on Thursday. They said when I get the glasses I could return them for a rework at $80. Totally pissed
Look Elsewhere!
Had glasses for 2 days when the silicone nose piece broke. I emailed them and was told I needed to send the glasses back for repair. I informed them I actually needed my glasses to see and this was not an option and could they just send me a couple pair of the nose pieces and I would repair them on my own. They said they could not. I ordered 50 nose pieces on Amazon, including the screw drivers and about 100 extra screws (pretty much overkill) for $7.00. I will never use this company again. We have spent about $2500 with these people and they couldn't even send me a 10 cent part.
Not good to do business with.
Paid $25 for shipping since there is no free shipping which was supposed to be guaranteed 3-day delivery and took 6 days. Then I received them and one frame was bent back about 10° and the other one was bent back about 20°. But yet when I would check the status for almost 2 days it said in Warehouse checking quality of glasses before shipment. That's a bunch of crap. They didn't look at them glasses or they just don't care. So 6 days for a piece of crap glasses that cost $70 that I could have bought cheap ones for $5 that were better. Stay away from this company.
