DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM!!!I am extremely disappointed with MarvelOptics™. It’s been over a month since I placed my order for glasses, and I still haven’t received them. When I purchased, the website clearly stated delivery would take 5–8 business days. Not only did my order never arrive, but no one ever bothered to call me, email me, or update me on the delay. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable and unprofessional. I will never order from this company again and strongly advise others to avoid wasting their time and money here.

No product received, charged a fee

Ordered glasses and fully expected the 7-10 business days for them to ship it.

After 15 days there was no news and I had to reach out to find out my product was damaged and delayed.

Normally it would be fine, but this whole time no updates or notifications.
I went and canceled my order, which of course they have a fee they keep from your payment to be able to do so.

STAY AWAY

A zero!! You will lose your money! They will take 4-5 months to maybe get you your glasses. They will not be right and you will not be able to use them. So $350 down the toilet. They will offer you half your money back but not all. STAY AWAY!!

Pure Cancer

Pure Cancer. This company needs to be dissolved the turnaround time is insane. Going to be about a month before you get your glasses if you order from them. Probably crappy ones from china, that would best explain the month long wait. I only hope people read reviews first so they know what they're getting into.

Don't work with them

Frame was crooked so I try to contact them about changing the frame - absolutely no response for weeks then when i finally got a response it took another week to get them to send me the information RMA # to return the glasses - finally they didn't send me the shipping label I paid for = giving up and going to have them reframed elsewhere - time for them to close shop

I wanted to share my recent experience…

I wanted to share my recent experience with Marvel Optics regarding my order for glasses, as it has been quite frustrating and disappointing. After placing my order and making the payment, I was informed several times that my glasses were being manufactured. However, I later learned that there were issues with my prescription that you initially claimed to have received.

On multiple occasions, I was reassured not to worry and that everything was in order, only to find out that you didn’t have the correct measurements after all. Eventually, after nearly three weeks of waiting, I was told they would ship in 5 days, which then turned into another delay of 7 days with the revelation that the frames I ordered were not available.

I have attempted to reach out to customer service multiple times, but the responses have been vague and unhelpful, leaving me feeling misled. This lack of transparency and the numerous errors have been extremely disappointing.

Finally had to request cancellation…

Finally had to request cancellation after 6 weeks and no shipment. I called 4 times (and 1 unanswered email), each time they had a different excuse why they weren't ready. The first time they tried to blame it on not confirming the PD, which I supplied during the original order and was never contacted to confirm otherwise. The other 3 times they cited different excuses even though the "order tracking" said they were in production. The common answer is always "next week" they'll be available.

Don't waste your time with this company, as others have said, they're not legit. I wish I had read the reviews before disappointing my young son with glasses he'll never get.

I purchased GUNNAR Vertex glasses that…

I purchased GUNNAR Vertex glasses that were suppose to have an amber lens and the listing clearly stated AMBER LENS and had a picture with glasses with yellow lenses. What they gave me after 2 months of waiting was a clear lens glasses. Then they offered me a 50% only refund. Do not buy from them!

Ordered a pair of glasses for my son

Ordered a pair of glasses for my son. They confirmed the order and told me 7-16 days for shipping. Several weeks later I get a mail saying sent to lab, several more weeks nothing has happened. Over a month in I send them an email, no response. Another week, I call them, they tell me out of stock, they don't want to refund me but will start the whole process over if I pick a new frame I don't want! Terrible customer service, terrible communication, wasted over a month with my son not getting his new glasses and them not even trying to fulfill and not communicating. Had to chargeback with credit card company since they hung up on me when I insisted they refund.

Customer service ghosted me. Twice

Ordered some safety glasses from this company about a month ago. They assured that it would take roughly 5-16 days for the glasses to be processed, then they would ship it out priority! Instead, they chose to not do that. Called the company a week ago asking why the order was delayed, and I heard excuses about them needing extra time - a day or two. Then when I tried calling back, I was on an infinite hold! Tried calling with my work number, they picked up, and I got the same answer. Tried calling again with that number, INFINITE HOLD. I swear they just block any emails and phone calls. I feel there is fraudulent activity going on at this site.

The end result was great

The end result was great. My son has a very high prescription most online places won’t fill it. Glasses took a little longer than expected but they did a nice job. We sre very pleased w the final product.

Ordered on 06/28/2024 . $262 problem with order and no contact from your end so I had to online chat with you about the order and found out the lenses I originally picked would not work. On 07/01/2024 updated order and paid addition amount of $24 On 07/08/2024 was emailed that they were being made. Now 21 days later, I am told that they are still in production and should be completed soon. I believe 21 days to make a pair of prescription glass is a bit much. You state on your website 100% satisfaction. well I am not even 10% satisfied at this time. so what do you do with customers that are not satisfied , say your sorry . that's not going to work for me .I feel like i am being played . If I am tell me , so tat I can take the appropriate measures to fix this problem. Maybe A complete refund and I can go somewhere else.

The phone number you provide is a joke as well. I have tried to call dozens of times and it connects to music only to be hung up on 40 seconds later

Am very disappointed

Am very disappointed. I searched online for prescription (basically wrap around) sports glasses. Marvel popped up. The pictures of their glasses were great. I went through the steps to send my prescription, paid the price, and waited, and waited, and waited. Was soooo looking forward to these glasses. Finally something arrived from Marvel. But they look absolutely nothing like what their ad pictured nor what I ordered. I received two lenses that I can hold up to my eyes to look through. No glasses, no temples, only two small lenses. The prescriptions were good tho. I went from excited to crushed. Now Marvel won't answer their phone, respond to my emails, nor respond to their online chat option. I wanted to receive what I ordered and brag about them. I warn all to stay away from Marvel.

I've been waiting for my order for the past month, I need these glasses as they are safety glasses for my job, and I paid 323.49 for them. I wished I had looked on here before ordering
I tried calling and emailing but haven't gotten a response, can I get my money back, please? All this for a pair of ANSI safety glasses, I need my money back so I can reorder the glasses, these are for work so please stop all this nonsense and return my money.

The glassess took almost 2 months to…

The glassess took almost 2 months to deliver and couldn't get the prescription correct. Also the customer service response time is horrible when asking for a refund. It stated 48 to 72 hours before it will review and approve the the refund. It has been a week now and multiple email to them and still no response.

DON'T DO IT

Best to stay away.. Or you better hope that they make your order correctly the first time! Because doing an exchange/return with Marvel Optics is pretty much a nightmare..
I had ordered prescription goggles that at default came with tinted lenses. However, after adding my prescription to them, I didn't realise the prescription switched them to clear lenses. It wasn't very well reflected in the final order summary before purchase either. Found this out a month later after they finally arrived, clear. - Whatever, okay, I figured it could be fixed, since they claim "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed". - This is when the worst problems started.
After multiple emails without response & a few days, someone FINALLY answered the customer service phone number. They assured me it was okay & that I could easily send it back to the lab & have them adjusted to tinted lenses.
Upon starting that exchange process, I received 3 separate emails, with 3 completely different return shipping labels to choose from. - Again, multiple days of unanswered emails & calls, until someone answered on the website chat this time. Who then assured me that the correct label was the one attached to my account & return request on their website. And to ignore the other emailed labels.
I found this very confusing, because that specific label was the exact same as the ORIGINAL shipping label. With my address as the destination, and the same exact tracking number. - I explained this, but they assured me it was the correct one..
1 day later, the package arrived back at my front door. Of course..

Finally fed up, I went to the BBB site & saw all these awful reviews, experiences, & legal claims from others as well. Most of these were people getting straight-up robbed. - So, I figure I got lucky, since at least I received an actual product..
I can live with the clear lenses. Not even going to risk it & try to ship/exchange them for what I wanted anymore after seeing how bad others have had it with Marvel Optics.

Made my glasses with the wrong…

Made my glasses with the wrong prescription, did not fix the lenses, did not remake them, did not make it right in any way shape or form. Absolute Trash internet company. Took 7 ½ weeks to deliver a useless product. No customer service, no chat , no email support . Do not do business with this crap company. You might get your money stolen like I did.

Marvel Optics Bait and Switch

Bait and Switch. The description of the goggles on their website claimed the goggles were the Bugeye 3. They sent me a less expensive pair of goggles. I arranged for a return of the items. They refused to refund the shipping costs. Corresponded with them over a 3 week period. Sent them a link to the webpage with the misinformation about the product. Either they cannot read or choose not to take a $5.99 hit for their false advertising. Plenty of places to buy the same eyewear; so, never buy from Marvel Optics. Same folks own Safety Gear Pro. Parent Company is ProClick Ventures.

Instead of asking me for my PD…

Instead of asking me for my PD distance, they just sat with my order for weeks. Sent me updates sayin it was being processed and also spam ads in the meantime. Only when I asked for an update did they inform me that they needed PD measurement. If it didnt take me so long to find the right frames, I would've cancelled order on principle. As far as I can tell, they suck.
