Website is easy to use and colors are …

Website is easy to use and colors are accurate. Used webchat several times and associate was knowledgeable. Love that they offer a returnable swatch to check rug sample at home before ordering.

So many options!

So many options! I love the easy filtering for online review of options and the detailed info provided on the rugs. My limited experience with customer service has been great too.

RugStudio has a large inventory of rugs …

RugStudio has a large inventory of rugs to meet the tastes and wallets of all consumers. What I like best is they have a rug I saw in a carpet store which would not be available locally for 5-6 months. They have great reviews and customer service!!

I was confused about getting a coupon

I was confused about getting a coupon, but Jody was very patient. This is my first time ordering from rug studio, and I must say they offer beautiful choices. I have looked at other sites, but this one is the best. Thank you, Pat

Excellent customer service!! What customer service should be!

Excellent, caring customer service. I needed certain timing on delivery, & they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. And when the delivery service made an error, they were all over it and made sure that I was satisfied ASAP!

They always look for a customer oriented solution! Great company!
