These frames are fantastic!

These frames are fantastic! I honestly didn’t expect this kind of quality for the price. The wood is solid and sturdy, and they look much more high-end than I anticipated. Totally worth it.

Shows a label was created for my…

Shows a label was created for my purchase, however, I called UPS and they told me that no one from Frame Forest has requested a pick-up from UPS or no one has dropped it off at a UPS drop location. I’ve sent emails, no response from the company. First time customer, will be my last time ordering anything from this company. I will not recommend this company.

Would give more than 5⭐️ if I could.

Absolutely fanominal product and even better customer service. I got photos printed for my 10 year anniversary and they came out better than I could have expected! Such a sentimental piece and they took care of me like a VIP!

Company will not reply to my emails

I've tried to contact the company to no avail. Their phone number is in Texas, their zip cade is in Delaware
That is a red flag. I've tried to contact the company by email no reply. I'm thinking I've been scamed.

Possible Scam

My wife ordered several pictures that advertised as guaranteed by Mother's Day. It is now a week past and the status still says "preparing shipment". Not sure if they realize that Mothers Day was last week or if the guarantee is for Mother's Day 2026! Either way not happy and very disappointed.
