Oh no! We’re so sorry the size wasn't what you expected. It looks like this order was for our Mini crystal, which are designed to be cute and compact! Our ads do feature our larger sizes to show off the 3D details clearly, which can sometimes be confusing.

Tried to cancel
The order was placed. Saw the charge come thru from my cc company and it was double what I expected. Within 5-10 minutes I emailed them to cancel the order. They said they could not cancel but I could return after delivery. I did not want them charging my cc. Whole transaction was not great customer service.

Masterpics created me a masterpiece!
I am blown away by the quality of my 3D cube!! I had no idea it would look as good as it does. I saw the pics on the site and thought they can’t be that good, but, oh my, was I wrong. I did a picture of my dog. The cube feels so sturdy due to its weight and thickness. The quality of the image is second to none! Front and back are perfect and seeing the depth of my dog from the sides is so amazing!

Extremely happy with our Masterpics crystals…
We ordered three Masterpics crystals for our daughters (photos of them with their pets). We were super happy with how the crystals came out - they are beautiful! And the light base really makes the photo pop through the crystal! Also to note, we had inadvertently received only two bases of the three ordered. I contacted customer service and they responded very quickly to my email. Within two days, the additional light base was shipped; they were great to deal with! We would highly recommend this product/company, especially if you want to send a unique, personalized gift that will be treasured for years to come!
