They suceded all my expectations the item arrived within 2 weeks and was packaged so well the crystal was beautifully engraved and was well worth the money to create such a personal cherished item

Quality of finished product really good. Took longer to deliver than advertised, so allow for this when ordering for a special occasion.

Ordered a design for my dog who recently passed. Unfortunately there was an issue with it due to transit. Masterpics offered to replace the item and I was very happy with the item’s quality when the replacement arrived. Great service, would highly recommend.

I have never been so great at gift giving but now I am the Queen of Presents! I purchased one in December and it was so well received that I bought another for my husband's birthday. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and appearance.

Ordered 5 days ago was supposed to receive on Thursday before valentines, they just send it on Thursday and will receive on saturday when no one is home , for this price is not accepted :(

ordered 3 crystals and 3 stands at the cost of £502 recieved 1 crystal on the 17 jan ,still waiting for 2 hearts and 3 bases ,numerous emails sent being told sorry we will items sent .Still no items ,these were ment as gifts and to make it worse it is of my deseased son .

The product is amazing. The reason I have had to down grade the review is down to delivery. I ordered as a gift for my husbands birthday and although the standard delivery said it would arrive it time I paid £9 for faster delivery. The parcel did not get despatched until 2 days after the promised delivery date and when I tried to find out what was happening I was met with silence until after the despatch where instead of an apology - I got "your order is already on its way". It did not arrive in time for my husbands birthday despite the websites promise of delivery. I am not sure what my £9 covered.
Update: I have heard back from Masterpics with an apology and my delivery charge has been refunded. I would order again as they are beautiful pieces.

So received my order and it was wrong after speaking with Masterpics they promptly agreed to do it again and wow fantastic and it just proves it's not how you start it's how you finish all the very best I couldn't have pictured it in my head any better.

I found it easy to find what I wanted on line, which is a new experience for me, usually I find something I can't do and end up giving up.
I am really pleased with the finished piece and love the way my dogs head moves when I do.

DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was hoping for a beautiful present my grandson could give his mum for her 40th birthday, sadly this did not happen.
The first crystal sent out, had something covering my grandsons eye, a replacement was sent out, but only after you provided the company with pictures of the crystal on the stand also against a dark background. A replacement crystal arrives, totally different quality, the image was very feint, not clear at all, totally unsatisfactory quality, also the stand that the crystal sits on is of very poor quality .I contacted the company via email, advised to do the same as before, sending pictures, which I did , I also said I want a refund and to provide an address to send crystal back. I have sent numerous emails to this company, I have sent the crystal back, but as I am now asking for a refund they DO NOT even reply anymore to my emails. Please be aware of this company as I am still awaiting a refund, and they now are not even replying to my emails.

I received this 3D Crystal with a pic of my parents for Christmas. My Mum passed away just before Christmas so this gift was very special to me. The light box that it sits on makes the image so real. So although both my parents have now passed, I can greet them every day with a smile and love in my heart. Thank you so, so much

After losing my fur baby, I wanted something to remember him by. Masterpics did not disappoint. I am blown away by how stunning the image is of him. I cannot thank you enough. Fast delivery and I would highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous product which exceeded my expectations. The quality of this product is beyond anyone’s expectations. After only a few days my friends have expressed their admiration of the quality and look of my crystal. Considering the obvious care that has been taken during the production, was amazed at how quickly was the delivery time. Congratulations to everyone concerned and I shall definitely be recommending this to any future acquaintances. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The first item I received was not correct so I contacted the company and I had a new one within a few days. Item is brilliant and just what I wanted. Great company with excellent comms . Would recommend.

I was happy with the crystal they sent me however they sent me a Lightbox stand that was far too big and detracted from the crystal. This was a high value spend for me, over £160, so I obviously wanted it to be perfect. I was actually shocked by their attitude, repeated emails were exchanged.They initially insisted this was a 'one size fits all' stand which as far as they were concerned fitted all sizes of crystal design. One there website they advertised several designs and sizes of light boxes, one of which would have been perfect but they refused to offer this one in exchange even though, judging by the price they were selling it for, probably cost them less than £10!! Had they sent me a replacement I would happily be giving them a 5* review, but they clearly do not care that they have 26% of reviews on here making the same complaints, unresolved complaints and terrible customer service
