Account was closed for no reason
I find it very odd that as soon as I purchased a package and won, my account was suddenly flagged for "suspicious activity." I provided every document they requested, completed the verification process, and was even approved to proceed with my withdrawal. Then, without any explanation, my withdrawal was reversed, the funds were returned to my Ruby Chips account, and shortly afterward my account was closed.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. If a customer follows all of the verification requirements and is approved for a withdrawal, there should be transparency and consistency in how their account is handled. Closing my account after I won, despite verifying my identity, raises serious concerns. I would not recommend Ruby Chips based on my experience.

SCAM CASINO! Beware
Do not participate with this casino. They are operated by another fake company called “Kinetix Ventures Inc”. They used a registered agent in Delaware to create a fake address and fake business identity. This site will request very sensitive information and then not pay you your redemptions. Their other sites such as Sweep Jungle & Sixty6 are not paying out users, either. Check the reviews for those sites as well.
UPDATE: RubyChips tried flagging this review as incorrect and for the wrong page. This review is specifically about Ruby Chips which (again) is also operated Kinex Ventures Inc. They also operate the other online casinos and are not paying out users.
