I have been trying to redeem 135 SC since 07/19. My account was successfully verified when I submitted my first redemption request.
Since then, RubyChips has cancelled my redemption request 10 times. Each cancellation email has provided only vague explanations, including references to a “technical issue” or instructions to “make sure your account information is correct,” despite my account already being verified.
I have replied directly to the support emails multiple times and have received no response whatsoever. I also contacted live chat support, where I was only told that my request would be “escalated for further investigation.” Despite that, nothing has been resolved.
It’s difficult to understand how a support team can provide virtually no actual support. I am now attempting this same 135 SC redemption for the 11th time.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend RubyChips to anyone, and I will not be using this platform again.

So, great game selection and seems like a really good vip program compared to others. Lost a bunch (nautrually lol) but finally hit a decent amount so waiting on redemption and will update my review based on how that goes. If payout is fast then this might end up being my main site. Update: 7/23/26 still waiting on redemption, they did ask for pictures of cards on 7/22/26 so Im hoping by end of day they process my redemption.

They own a couple other online casino sites and are generally known for not giving you your redemptions.. they cap your redemptions they come up with other stuff. They just close your account. They won’t let you verify.. do not give them a dime. It is an entire scam.
