After winning $300 they blocked my…
After winning $300 they blocked my account and said I had a duplicate WHICH I DIDNT. I accidently hit login with facebook instead of using my email address which created a new account. I instantly logged off and never played a second on that one or did anything on it. As soon as I realized it I logged into my normal account. Instead of just asking me about it they blocked me and stole me $300. I bet they wouldn't have done that if I kept losing
Update 7/19 - they replied to this review saying to reach out to support, ive been trying for 2 days now with no response. I will update this review if they "make it right" but I hardly doubt it. They could have asked me about it before hand instead of jumping to steal $300 from me. Any other legitimate casino business would just close one of the accounts as a review would see there was absolutely no activity on it and a mistake but this company always actively tried to find ways to scam their players.
Edit 7/20 - lol as expected support said they are not going to do anything about it. What a joke scam of a business
