The transaction history is what bothered me most. Deposit showed at 18:04, balance moved at 18:22, and the slot rounds in between were missing. Support just said the history can be delayed, which does not help.

The withdrawal screen estimates two working days, the FAQ states three to five, and the email confirming the request states up to ten. Which of the three do they actually work to? Mine took nine and no one could say why.

Same utility bill rejected twice for being 'unclear'

Recently played is a mess. It kept a slot I opened by mistake but forgot the live table I used twice last night. The detail mattered because the balance had changed. I had to check the same screen again later.

Cashout for 41 changed from review to pending while I was at work. No email, no account message, just the same reference opening an empty details box. Support still had the same old note afterwards.

Support asked for a screenshot after the crash.
