Kennel Club. I thought it meant something. It just means you pay more for puppies as they are KC registered with no regard for health tests . Just box tickers.

Ellie is so patient, understanding and attentive. I really appreciated her “hand-holding” through all the website forms.

The assistant could not have been more helpful. She resolved the problems I was having and guided me through registering my puppies.

Ella was extremely polite , helpful and efficient .

Absolute horrible club, supporting puppy farmers!!
Breeder’s get as many pups as they can from a female , then move the female on.. if that isn’t puppy farming then I don’t know what is!! And the royal kennel club supports this!!
Stay well clear of this club if you care about dogs.
Someone that truly loves their dogs would never get rid of them or use it as a money making machine!!

Good customer service, the wait to get to the right person was long but she walked me through each step of the process.

I spoken to Liv who was patient and very helpful.My registration was handled smoothly however I had hoped to enable the 5 week puppy insurance. Once again Liv was extremely helpful , the department line was busy so she left a message for them to contact me. I'm still waiting for that call three days later

The great bit was the Import registrations customer service ladies, who couldn't have been more helpful in getting my pup's Italian FCI registration information put on the RKC Breed Register.
The downside was the online application form, which kept crashing as I suspect the system could not cope with all the uploads? I tried everything several times but resorted to the telephone, print and email system. Technology sometimes tries to run before it can walk!

Absolutely atrocious site to navigate when you are attempting to register a litter - they take the money and run.

The cost of registering a puppy is extortionate. Moreover the waiting time to have your registration completed and have the documents posted to you is unacceptable. This has been going on for years. It feels like absolute greed and it is the result of having no competition and monopolising the industry. They need to hire more staff. Took 15 minutes to get through to someone over the phone. Fortunately when I did, they (Olivia "Liv") were ace. Hence the second star.

Today we had the pleasure of being connected with Ella due to a problem that the KC site froze half way through -surprise surprise. . We have had over the years some very bad experiences with the KC and the website/staff and expect will continue to have these . BUT exception to the rule this morning and so credit is due to the help we received from Ella as a person for her patience and understanding she is a credit to where she works and needs to be recognised for it .
