Absolutely terrible customer service! I had some sandals delivered and I need to return as they don’t fit. I’ve sent constant emails as no invoice was sent in the packaging or by email so consequently I have no order number to return! If you call the number they provide it just says nobody available to take the call try again later! I will NEVER shop with this company again.
They are ok taking peoples money though, slippery slope for this Roxy if this is how they treat their customers!

I placed the order online then thought about looking the reviews…
I was then so scared I would never receive my order or even battling for a refund in case it didn’t fit.

Order arrived complete (2 items) within a week I would say, send the items back as I wasn’t really keen on them on me, I received my refund fairly quickly once it arrived back at the warehouse.

It’s important to leave review when things go wrong but also when things go right, because if you’re like me living in the English countryside without having access to a big city to go shopping to it’s much easier to shop online. Reading only bad reviews can really put you off.

Absolutely horrendous - sent a return back, post office tracking says it has been received, have not received confirmation from Roxy and have not received my money back. Now I’m out of pocket and also do not have the trousers anymore either !?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Roxy have sent the wrong item in the post. Customer services is dreadful. Their online form doesn't work. I rang the number when I eventually found it, for orders. Each time I rang, it was answered, I picked my menu item. Then it just hung up. This happened 4 times. Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing as Roxy have effectively stolen my money.

I have ordered 3 items on the 14th of July… still haven’t received my order and the tracking information fake as it’s said it has been shipped… I called DPD and they said my stuff is still with the company… Well annoying, I tried to contact them many times but ofc they haven’t came back to me. Terrible ‘company’. - ♾⭐️

Totally agree with reviews.
Diabolical customer service which doesn't exist.I sent several emails as I've been waiting for refund for 4 weeks.emails don't send and message saying error!
The size of clothing isn't correct.

I made a mistake of not checking here first. Lesson learned. half my order came quick, other half gone AWOL. Their phone lines don't work, email replies non existent....so looks like I will have to go through my credit card now. A joke of a company.

The most horrible quality for an enormous price tag! I bought new clothes for my holiday and when they finally arrived after about a week and a half the sizing and quality was appalling!!!!!!! NEVER BUY FROM HERE!! It is false advertising as the clothes haven’t been designed for the customer, they have only been designed to make a profit!!

Ordered a pair of UK size 5 sandals. Arrived promptly but were absolutely huge on me. All labels stated UK size 5 however upon inspecting the sole of the shoe, the sticker on the bottom indicated they were in fact UK size 7s. Requested a refund and ordered another pair of sandals. Returns were free with Roxy Girl Club however trying to find a drop off point for Evri Returns wasn't possible using the Roxy website and I had to search elsewhere which was mildly inconvenient. Hopefully the next pair that turn up will be the correct size! The sandals themselves were lovely and I was disappointed that they didn't fit.

Agree with these reviews, order items and they get cancelled due to not having them, tried twice, if it’s not in stock leave it as out of stock.
Such a pity as such a great brand of clothing.

Cancelled part of my order without any notification. Bad communication. Only bought online as no shops nearby and a pair of flip flips I got from Roxy in USA were the tops. If they turn up I may review again

Absolutely diabolical, the worst company I have ever bought from online, non-existent customer service, and not even great products. Go elsewhere! If it was possible to leave less than one star, then I'd have left Minus 10 (or worse). Words don't exist for how bad this company is.

AVOID. Item I ordered was sent totally the wrong size, it also hand another label with a smaller size underneath! When I contacted them and showed photos they said it was correct. Sadly for them I am like a dog with a bone and was not about to give up. I pestered them twice a day stating my statutory rights and threatening legal action. They firstly offered £3 compo from a £17 order. I threatened again then was offered £5 - apparently from the employees salary. Again I threatened legal action and employment law. I then got an address to return which would have cost me £7. I again contacted and asked for £10 refund but got £8. Absolute nightmare they should not be allowed to trade.

Will never buy from them again. I ordered a pair of canvas wedges as a Mothers Day present more than a week before Mother’s Day. When I realised they wouldn’t arrive in time I started chasing via customer services and kept being assured it was being expedited but at the same time was receiving tracking updates showing the parcel static in the US. Eventually, I said that I wanted to cancel the order and receive a refund. I was completely ignored and told the parcel would be with me soon. I kept replying and saying I no longer wanted it but one day several weeks after the order I came and found it had been left on my doorstep. The quality of the shoes is really poor and they are at least one size larger than ordered so don’t fit my mum. I tried to pursue a claim through PayPal but was told I would have to pay postage to Hong Kong and because of the way PayPal’s dispute process is set up I couldn’t make any headway. I have learned my lesson - never buy products advertised on social media without doing rigorous research on the company. And I won’t be buying from RoxyComfy ever again.

I would rate minus but unable to, shocking service, wrong size sent even though they are saying was correct, sent photos and still denying it. Waiting for 2 months for a refund and still nothing. Even returned the item that cost me £15

Same as everyone else, order 4 (37), when came much larger, internal packaging has a 39 sticker on it. Company refusing to do anything adamant they are correct size. Raising dispute with Paypal to get money back

Wish my Mum had read the reviews before purchasing! Do NOT use this company, I contacted them for a refund the same week the shoes arrived - they are too big and unworn, the refund was refused stating the order was correct. Trading standards will be informed as the website states it accepts refunds - clearly not from the multiple reviews - 87% bad, 8% poor!

Misleading advertising and poor customer service and returns policy.
I wish I'd never purchased from this website. I ordered a helmet and it came in an enormous box. Unfortunately it didn't fit and despite them advertising-free returns and constantly emailing me stating this, I had to pay over £11 to return the item. Expensive way to try on a product. Never Again!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering, saw the sandals on face book advert not realising that the shoes came from abroad (no where did it say) I thought I was ordering from a UK company. As previous reviews, shoes way too big, customer service not good, they will say as they sent the correct size ordered, no exchange or refund possible, even though it does not state American sizing. I now have to find someone with big feet!
