I wish I had read these reviews before ordering, saw the sandals on face book advert not realising that the shoes came from abroad (no where did it say) I thought I was ordering from a UK company. As previous reviews, shoes way too big, customer service not good, they will say as they sent the correct size ordered, no exchange or refund possible, even though it does not state American sizing. I now have to find someone with big feet!

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered 2 pairs of sandals in the size I buy in the UK and they were over a size bigger. I emailed them to return them and they said I would have to pay for them to be returned to China and only when they receive them they would refund me £5! My advice don’t go anywhere near them. I’ve learnt my lesson the hard way.

As I can see from other reviews, my story is in no way unique.. the shoes I received were way too big, and their customer services insisted they were correct... because of the packet and bar code they came in! the shoes didn't even measure up to the size guide shown on their website!
I was also told to give them to a friend, as they wouldn't refund..

Would give it zero if I could.
Repeated emails and picture to show they sent the wrong size. Ha! Last email said if too big give to a friend!! My advice. They may look nice but you won't be able to return if anything wrong with them

I gave one star because there was no option for zero. I paid approx £22 for a sandal sized UK 3.5. I received a sandal that was more than UK size 5(i made my friend try it). I contacted customer care but they refused to refund. I told them that i will return the sandal but they wanted me to pay the international postage cost or keep the big sandal and get £6 refunded. they have been adamant that they sent the correct size - which is not true as i have the sandal and it is bigger than UK size 5. It is a scam.

Same experience as previous shoppers. I ordered the canvas wedge shoe, size UK6.5/40 and was shipped a very large shoe which felt like 2-3 sizes bigger. The packet was labelled 42. I sent photos etc and they refused to admit that the size was incorrect and also suggested I give them to someone else!!! Also got offered a pathetic refund of £3.50!! I could return them but unlikely to have a good outcome so I have moved on and learnt .......but unlikely to find anyone with big enough feet to pass them on to.....

Same as previous buyer. Order size 6, size sent a 40 huge. Offered me £5 to keep them and regift. I refused. Luckily paid with paypal, they stepped in, paid me return postage and got me a full refund.

Avoid, they are terrible company

I was foolish enough to order these sandals from a Facebook ad. My experience with this company appears to be identical to others purchasing the same product. I order the sandals, Size 6 and they arrive and are huge! I email them the barcode to be advised that they sent me the correct size and perhaps I can gift them to a friend? Beginning to sound familiar? They were not a size 6 according to the packaging (They were a 40 - which is a size 7). I don't expect I'll get my money back but I do intend to dispute this via my PayPal account. What a rip off!

I foolishly order these from a Facebook review as they were wide fitting and comfortable for my ‘difficult’ feet. I should have read these reviews first. Anyway my shoes did eventually arrive and amazingly they are the right size but ……..guess what ……the wrong colour!
Very poorly made - one has glue all over the bottom. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

A muddle with the postcode resulted in my parcel being returned and the money refunded. I asked them just to send it to the correct postcode and not refund but they said no I had to reorder - guess what the price had gone from £83.99 to £119 - still on the sale but the sale price had jumped by almost £30 - rubbish, deceitful company - won't use again
And can you phone them - NO - do they answer your emails - NO

Ordered sandles from this company, sent me the wrong size. They were three sizes to big. I emailed them, they asked for a picture of the bar code, which I sent. Emailed me back saying it was the size I ordered. They even said if they don’t fit why don’t I give them as a present! Have emailed them back with a picture of the sandles with the size clearly shown. Waiting to hear back. After reading all the reviews I am not holding out much hope of a refund. Have asked for their address to return them, but don’t seem to want to give it.

The worst customer service ever, the shoes they supply are nowhere near U.K. sizes so don’t be fooled into thinking you’ll get something comfortable, that fits you.
They won’t exchange or refund if the shoes don’t fit you, SO BEWARE.
I would recommend steering clear of this company altogether and I wish I’d read reviews before making a purchase. Cheap nasty shoes for cheap prices, not worth wasting your time on.

DO NOT BUY. DODGY. Would give zero if I could. Must have excess in their warehouse of certain sizes, because they sent me shoes 2 times to big and are refusing to help me rectify the problem. Have told me I ordered the delivered shoe size and won’t send me their invoice/order. I have on an email the size I ordered. Outcome, they have told me to keep the shoe and gift it to someone. They can no longer help me. Furious. And I feel stupid that I even bought from this company.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a pair of shoes and received a wrong size. Emailed them and asked if they could help me get the size I had actually ordered. They could not. And they could not refund me either, even though it was their mistake. I’m now here with a pair of shoes in the wrong size and with £26 less on my account. What a waist of time and money.

Customer service are LIARS
I ordered a U.K. 5.5. Sent me a U.K. 6.5.
The label on the bag says size 5. But the label on shoe says 41 which is Chinese size (uk6.5) . So they only go by what the wrong sticker on a bag says, not the shoe. Rediculous!! Neither the label or the shoe says the correct size I ordered!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SENT ME THE WRONG SIZE SHOE YET SAYING IT WAS WHAT I ORDERED - IT WAS NOT. TELLING ME IT WILL COST ME LOTS TO RETURN TO CHINA AND THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT THE ERROR!

A really terrible company and I will never be using them again and advise others not to. After a really long delay after my order, I could see the item had not even been dispatched therefore I asked to cancel the item as I needed to purchase the item somewhere else as it was required for a specific day. They refused to cancel even though it had not been dispatched and told me to reject the delivery and it would be returned to them. Delivery was made to a neighbour so I was not even given that option. The returns policy is terrible; customer service is not helpful at all and they do not attempt to resolve the issues as customer service representatives should

Totally agree with others on this company. What a joke, they make returning things absolutely impossible.
The bar code didn't scan properly and by the time I contacted them they now tell me its expired the 30 days return policy.
So now I am stuck with a jacket that is of no use to me what so ever.
Feel totally conned by these people.
Won't ever be using them in the future.

This is the most awful customer service I have ever experienced - non existant!! I made an order 23 days ago and I still am yet to receive it. I have contacted customer service 4 times, including through Instagram as a last resort and nobody responds. They take your money and do not deliver the money goods. Do not buy from this company.
