Terrible customer service/non existent

I have been trying to contact customer services for over 2 weeks now and haven’t had a response. As I live in the uk there is no free contact number so I’m having to use online channels. I have emailed around 10 times along with messaging on instagram and I am still yet to receive a response. I have a fault product which cost £135. This needs to be replaced or refunded but all they seem to be doing is avoiding this situation. I have spent over £800 on Roxy this year alone and won’t be spending another penny until this situation is resolved. I usually like Roxy products but after this experience I won’t be shopping here again. Never been so disappointed with customer service.

Poor Quality, No Care for Customers

Bought a swimsuit from Roxy for £50. Within one use, the fibres were fraying and loose. I contacted customer services (who took a month to reply), denying that there was anything wrong with the item and that it was down to my usage.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Roxy has gone downhill massively. Poor quality items and even poorer customer service.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Impossible to reach a human. Returned my order over a month ago, they say they will refund within 10 working days. It has been almost double this now, no response to emails, no acknowledgement or my return, nothing except auto robotic replies. Never again.

Won't refund me or reply to emails

I bought some bikinis at the end of March and have nothing but hassle. Most of the order never arrived. Then I returned part of the order 3 weeks ago but have not received the refund and they are not replying to my emails. Will never buy from Roxy again.

Great delivery times. Bad customer service

I received my package in good time. Two of my three items need returning as they are a little small and the quality is not worth the price.
The returns label needs printing out. I don't have a printer. I am now on day 3, waiting to see if a human will answer my request for a QR label to be sent to me.
All I keep getting is AI nonsense

NO FREE returns

I’m very disappointed in the company.
When i’d used them before there was no issues - many many years ago.
However, now i’ve had difficulties getting my refund back. Also, they’d taken money off for the return even though they claim members dont pay. I’m part of their membership club (also i bought some items for their members’ prices meaning i’m part of the club…) but they still charged me 5£ for the return!!! When trying to enquiry about this, obv i only get ‘automated Alice answers’. Nothing else. No support whatsoever or any kind of human contact.

Bad customer service when returning items

I returned some boots last month and have still not received a confirmation that they have my return (although Evri tracking says Roxy has received it) so still no refund. This is super disappointing. I’ve tried to email customer service but of course it’s just an automated email and you can’t actually talk to a human!! I won’t be shopping here again.

Great clothes, shocking customer service

Great clothes, I have loved Roxy since I was a child, but I'm shocked that such a large company has such a poor customer service setup.

I returned part of my order, have the tracking from Evri to say it is with the company and to contact them for updates. It has been weeks and they have not yet processed the refund. When reaching out to customer service, I am just met with the same automated email. It says if you respond, a live agent will take over the case but no one ever responds. It's impossible to speak to anyone! I want my refund!!

Very Impressed

I was impressed by the overall performance of my order , from start to delivery. The fast delivery was great and the item was gorgeous Iv loved my last Roxy flip flops forever and they are still good but was time for a new pair wasn’t sure which to choose but glad I chose the floral ones I love them 💗

Roxy Rules!

I have ordered from Roxy for years (since my twenties, I’m forty five!) and I infrequently return any items; just shows their sizing is perfect and the quality is excellent. Some of their clothing is of varying sizes so it’s important to check the size chart and description of the item. Ordering is easy & delivery service is quick.

Easy to order

Easy to order, love the products, didn't arrive that quick but was worth the wait. Easy return on the item that didn't fit. Would use again.

Replacement for 20 year old Roxy suitcase

Was needing a new suitcase to replace an older Roxy one that was starting to go at the seams after 20+ years. I the style of your suitcases (hard bottom/soft top). I love the colours (black and white with turquoise (my favourite colour) trim.) My husband even has one of the previous models from a couple of years ago.
They are funky looking and easy to spot on the airport luggage carousel.
Delivery was pretty quick, which was good as I needed it for travel later that week.

Terrible customer service

I have brought from this company many times in the past and love the clothing. However, the customer service is a huge let down. I recently only received part of my order and have found it impossible to speak to anyone and when i did get an email response it was not helpful. I am still waiting for either the missing item or a refund.
