Absolutely horrendous customer service. It took 2 weeks to deliver my order to begin with and I had no updates on its status despite trying to contact the customer support.

I've returned the order over a month ago, but have not received my refund and again, when trying to get in touch they respond with an automated message. No way to call or contact a live person. I'll be trying to claim a refund through my bank, but really recommend not wasting your time or energy with this business. By far one of the worst online retail experiences I've had.

I contacted customer services as I feel I was overcharged (the final amount changed was full price even though I used their sign up discount. Customer services didn't bother to respond. I ended up paying in full!

Complete inability to fulfil an order. Don’t sell online if you take money and don’t deliver.

Always a good selection of clothing and of good quality. Only downside is that the trousers are normally slightly too long in length and need to be adjusted before wearing

Ordered an item on 4th December. Still not delivered almost 3 months later. Sent multiple emails with no response.
It’s a shame that such good brand can let themselves down this way. Sort my order or provide a refund.

Awful! Order hasn’t been sent in almost 2 weeks. No one has responded to my emails sent through the website and I spent 15 mins on hold to be hung up on by an automated voice that said the lines were closed…it says online that are open. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BRAND!!! I have no product and no ability to contact to ask for a refund or when it may be sent .

We only received part of the order. The order is showing as complete but half of it is missing. No response from customer service to request sent 5 days ago

Take your order and money then don't despatch and zero communication. Ordered over a week ago. I will be on holiday by the time they arrive. Customer service is non existent and they won't let you cancel, even though they aren't meeting their stated delivery times. Avoid.

Tried to return ludicrously skimpy kids swimsuit. Email took 3.5 weeks to reply. Told to go elsewhere to return but now outside returns window due to the ludicrous delay! Seemingly no way to escalate this as no customer service available. Avoid unless you are absolutely certain you'll never need a return or any service. Also, if my skinny kids can't fit your swimsuits without their ass hanging out, you're not designing them for comfort or function.

Delivery time is very long, it’s not clarified when ordered.
