I purchased a £200 gift card a week ago and did not receive an email containing it. I emailed them on Friday afternoon and heard nothing back. Had to call them on Monday as still no contact to be told my giftcard was on hold due to fraud! The money has left my bank (I also paid an extra £4.99 to protect my purchase, which is laughable now) and I was told I would receive my giftcard that same day after providing ID and proof of address. Still nothing so have asked for a refund only to be ignored again! DO NOT buy from this company, it’s a shambles!!

I ordered 2 beautiful candles. I had a bit of a problem with the delivery, absolutely no fault of Rowen homes. Rosie couldn’t of been more helpful professional and very generous.

I had a great experience with Jenna at Rowen Homes. She was friendly, professional, and always happy to help throughout the process. She kept me updated, answered any questions I had quickly, and made everything as straightforward and stress free as possible.

Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with when purchasing furniture.

We bought three items: two bedside tables and a dressing table. To be fair to Rowan, the bedside tables are nice and no issues with these. Unfortunately, the dressing table arrived in an appalling condition. The sides are coming apart to such an extent that it is unsafe to store, and the marble top looks as though it could come crashing down at any moment.

Ten days after reporting the issue, we are still without a refund. We are told their supplier needs to assess the matter and when they can arrange collection, while we are left storing a dangerous, unusable item and are nearly £900 out of pocket. Of course the refund cannot be processed until this transpires which is not at all right from a consumer perspective. A replacement was going to take even longer so we decided not to risk another faulty item in weeks to come.

The company appears to work entirely to its own timescales, with little regard for the inconvenience caused to customers. We cannot even use the room where it is stored because we are genuinely concerned it could collapse and injure our dog.

To make matters worse, we have received promises by email that have not been honoured, leaving us with very little confidence that the issue is being dealt with properly.

If you are considering buying from this company, I would urge you to think carefully. They sell attractive, high-quality-looking furniture, and it is certainly not cheap. However, if something goes wrong, the after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, the risk simply is not worth it.

We havnt received our ordered items, also havnt received any updates. Very disappointing

Where’s my order

Getting beyond a joke this lead time now.

I ordered it nearly 12 weeks ago. There was nowhere on the website that there was a 12 week wait

When I last chased a few weeks ago I was told beginning of July. Still no order!

Sent 3 emails after. No response. I can prove I sent if you need me to.

Rang 2 weeks ago was told beginning of August.

So this would make it 14 weeks if this is the case.

I can only say good things about Rowen, there customer care department are amazing especially Jenna. I had a small issue with the delivery and Jenna sorted it out for me, plus inform me with everything.
Keep up your good work Jenna, I just wish theres more people like you in customer services to assist when needed,
