We're well known for our on-hand customer service team who are always happy to help you out, whether its asking a design question or queries about an order. We'll do our very best to help you, that's why our customer service team is available 9-5, 5 days a week.
We're based in Newcastle Upon Tyne where we dispatch your orders from. We're all about providing you with the best quality, luxurious homeware available, that's why our team of interior designers and buyers hand pick all of our items.

All of our items are sold online through our website, we know you're going to be super excited to receive your items! That's why we offer express delivery on most of our items in the warehouse.

We're only human, sometimes accidents do happen. Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure your items arrive with you safely, on rare occasions they might arrive with a fault. For my first ever order 😔
For my first ever order - a gold Handbag Vase. What a disappointment. Obviously was not quality control checked before being put on for sale. Faults in the handle and along the whole side of the item. Very very obvious - why ever was it sent out?? . However Grace, Customer Complaints handled it excellently and refunded me almost immediately.

I received my items on 31.07.26 one item was broken and the other had a rubber foot missing. I emailed straight away but as I not heard anything I telephoned on Tuesday 4th August and was given another email address. Despite emailing and including photos I have still not heard anything. Extremely disappointed!

Missing item resolved quickly
I ordered 3 rolls of wallpaper but in error was only sent 2. I emailed the company that night and had a quick reply the next morning with the missing roll being sent out next day delivery. Amazing and quick service from Poppy!
PS the wallpaper is stunning and I can't wait to get it up in the nursery!
