Friendly delivery and set up from Sean Taylor. A courtesy phonecall when he was on his way, this is always appreciated when you have children or young adults with disabilities or additional needs 😊.
Sean set up the new chair for my son with ease, and was gentle and reassuring the entire time as he fitted the safety harness and belts around him.
A swift and professional visit, but not lacking any customer service elements 😊

I'd like to state that from calling to request a fit check on his previous chair, to ordering the replacement, each member of the team I have spoken to, have been friendly, warm and knowledgeable. Nothing has been too much trouble from start to finish.

Extremely disappointed with the service from Ross Care regarding repairs to my wheelchair. My chair was taken away for an extended period, and I was told by both Wheelchair Services and Ross Care that it was ready for collection. However, when I arrived, it had not even been touched.
To make matters worse, the wrong parts had been ordered and sent to Southport Wheelchair Services to be fitted by the representative. This level of disorganisation is unacceptable, especially when people rely on this equipment for their independence and day-to-day mobility.
My wheelchair (a Rogue 2) has been nothing but problems. Previously, the main wheel developed a buckle, which took far too long to resolve, and now there is also a broken catch on the replacement chair that I was told would be repaired — yet it still hasn’t been done. It’s something I could have sorted myself within a couple of days.
It is incredibly frustrating that a company like Ross Care, which should have the resources and systems in place, cannot complete straightforward repairs in a reasonable timeframe. Essential mobility equipment should never be treated this way. People depend on these chairs every single day. Much better communication, organisation, and urgency are needed.

My mother and I ( although I tell mom not to use her phone) always have lovely and helpful conversations with the young lady that looks after the area for moms wheelchair called Rihannon in Sandwell! She is so patient and caring towards mom, mom keeps me up to date often with all the information shes been given. Although I do wonder if mom calls up just for a chat! The engineers are always helpful and mom also speaks highly of them but doesn’t know their names as its sometimes different people . Mom does unfortunately suffer with dementia which is why I do try and tell her to keep off the phone however the genuine care given to mom by Rihannon and how much she brightens moms day even just over a phone call is honestly massively appreciated!
As a company you really should be proud to have someone with so much empathy within your team!

The day of the pre-booked annual service for my powerchair at my home was refreshing to have everything go as planned. From receiving a phone call up to 1 hour before the engineer Gary Thompson's arrival to a pleasant cheerful greeting.
Gary was very knowledgeable not only within his job as a technical engineer but was very understanding of my mobility and specific needs. It really makes a difference to have that empathy and feel understood.
During the service he kept the area of the home clean, and his equipment required neat and tidy. Communicated clearly whilst doing the service and pre-ordered a set of new armchair pads.

Darren Marsden was exceptionally patient with my daughter answering all her many many questions. He made sure everything was exactly as she wanted and needed it to be. He explained all aspects of the wheelchair use fully. He is an incredible asset to your company.

Gary Thompson from Ross Care came out to mend my new powered wheelchair as a piece of the leg rest had broken and fallen off. He was polite, friendly and managed to mend my leg rest support extremely quickly in a very efficient manner. He also showed me how i could move the calf support out the way if I didn't require it, something I did not know i could do. He reassured me that new chairs can have little things go wrong just as a new car can but that he was sure the main systems would not break ie motor. Wheels fall off etc. It made me feel a little more confident that the creaks and squeaks were not to worry about and WD40 may help from time to time.
I throughly recommend him and Ross Care.

I called Ross Care on Wednesday to report a fault with my power wheelchair. They came out this morning (Monday) and took the chair away for repairs. I was fortunate and lucky enough for my chair to be repaired and brought back to me by the evening. Thanks to Gary for his excellent communication, care and support.
